Mavs couldn’t hang on or we would’ve already been second. The upcoming schedule is really important, beatable teams but a difficult travel and b2b situation. Ideally, I think we want to finish around 54 wins. It’ll be tough, but we can do it.

If you look at the next 12 games they have a legitimate shot at making Phil Jackson happy and hitting 40 wins before 20 losses. Or at least get to 40-20 even if 20 losses comes first. The toughest thing will be fatigue. They have a lot of travel and a lot of b2bs coming up.
