Only way I see interest is if Lowry got bought out but I would think he would be interested in a number of other contenders before Orlando.
Yeah the salaries just don’t make sense. Maybe as a buyout option.
This makes sense. I could see trying to pick up Lowry if he gets bought out, but neither trade made any sense considering the just who we’d have to send out just to match those big ass contracts. I mean trading for Lowry made no sense period. GS is trying to compete, they wouldn’t trade CP3 for our expirings + bench bums.
Not saying I believe the Magic are after these players, but who is this person in the tweet and why is this more reputable than previous reports?
Like I know who Jake Fischer is but when you click the link it’s some guy I’ve never heard of with 40 likes.
Edit: guess he’s involved with the Magic somehow so it seems somewhat reputable. I just never had heard of this person before reading this.
This is sensible- while either player could contribute for us, giving up anything of value makes no sense, given their likely lack of suitors via trade.
