I always compared him to KD but I like this a ton.

I think he can have a jimmy butler like career if given the opportunity

It’s been a half a season and he compares to a lot of players not just them. I love PWat and I think he’s going to be a star but posts like these are the same ones that ended up getting Braun hate.

People were saying CB was going to be as good as Bruce Brown and that he was better than Caruso lol

  4. he has more bpg then both. and also is lucky to play on a team like ours w/ jokic, otherwise his offensive numbers wouldn’t compare favorably at all.

the numbers look similar at first glance but he’s an entirely different wing than either

    Per 36 PWat clears.

Per 100 possessions Kawhi clears and PG/PWat are extremely similar.

The kid has potential to be special. But… Let’s wait and see…

tons of players compare favorably to these numbers from pg/kawhi. We’re talking about two of the most improved players ever over the course of an nba career.

These comparisons feel pointless tbh. I could find 10 players that put up similar rookie/sophomore stats that ended up being busts.

The only takeaway should be that he’s playing well in his limited role.

  9. Bruh. That’s some insane development to be banking on.

Denver has hit in two straight years with impact Rookies.

You can’t discount the fact that they come into a team that doesn’t put too much pressure on them. Jokic allows them to do what they do best and not force anything.

I would say Pwat is a lot closer to Kawhi because if you play Didn’t Cha Know – Erykah Badu and put Pwat into a slow mo clip, it wouldn’t be the same.
