  1. I can absolutely taste it, the Magic and Heat flip flopping at 7 and 8 and of course, they play each other in the play in lol

  2. Every time I get my hopes up w this team they drop a fat deuce

  3. we lost badly, so i’m assuming the thread will be full of doom and gloom.. so I’m just here to remind you that this was road game #5 in a row, on the 10th day of a road trip where we went 3-2. Sucks for the standings, but still a lot of season left and a nice home stand coming up. Brush it off, get ready for Thursday.

I agree with the doomers in that we need a trade and actual competent guard play from our PG/backup guards mostly. Suggs was off today but he’s been a defensive menace all season and is shooting well. He’s a keeper.

We just can’t survive too many players being off offensively and solely relying on defense every night. It’s almost impossible nowadays.

Starting AB, Goga, Ingles, Cole, Isaac, whoever doesn’t really help our offensive woes and spacing.. we need to acquire someone with some sort of gravity.

We saw Rozier make contested shots by himself, Herro, Butler, Martin, Richardson, Jaquez can all create their own offense..

And the Heat are a fucking terrible offensive team in comparison to others. Just goes to show how little we have to work with on offense even if we had “the perfect offensive coach and system”.

A 40 point quarter to the heat is unbelievable

  6. Are we SURE TRoss retired? I’d give any SG a shot right now. Where’s the Frenchman, what’s he up to?

  7. Players will be going out for sure. Coming in? I dunno. But if Trae is available we need to jump on him before summer when the Lakers can throw everything at them for him.

  8. Prestigious_Earth_10

time to get actual nba guards that can start and not the trash we have starting in fultz suggs….. brogdon jones murray are availble time for the front office to do their job and not sit on their asses

  9. Rough game at the end of the road trip.

Have to give credit to the heat for their defense and at stretches they seemed to hit every good contested shot which sucked last life of our boys.

Tired legs all game, especially in defense. Good refs wouldn’t have changed anything, but some calls or non calls were outright a disaster.

Positive things I saw: despite shots not hitting, we did some nice moves against the zone which is kinda new to me. We generated at least open middies and sometimes brought it to the rim.

Also Markelle tried to revive the team at some points and Joe back on 3pt shooting. Paolo even in a bad game delivered.

Get some rest guys, home stretch incoming.

Sucks to get smacked this bad in a division matchup with standing placement on the line. Oh well, on to the next.

Why are we cursed to be a subpar offensive team… been a decade of this just want to see some genuine improvement… can we break into the top 20 offensively one year? Last time was 2015-16 18th and then 2010-11 16th

One of those games you just throw the tape out the window. Nothing to be taken away from this game except the same old issues.
Youth, shooting, ball handling, yada, yada, yada
How much longer can this coaching staff drill the same stuff in practice or the film room before the front office( and some fans) accept that the talent just isn’t there. By the way Paolo looked off MF when he was wide open he has started taking note and can you blame him?

Franz needs to work on scoring in ways other than straight line drives to the rim and step back 3’s. When other teams clamp him he spams those two methods and he ends up with nights like this. No middys, post ups, or nothing. Smh. I’ve seen some people call him a point forward and that is so far from the truth.

  13. DALE-YA-BO

Such a gross ass game, getting blown out by the Heat. They aren’t good this season, there should be no way you get your ass beat that badly. Pathetic on both ends. Weak af

  14. mwilson81

I don’t know what the move is, but something has to happen to get a better flow out of the offense. Trade, tighten up the rotations..who knows. Lowry was playing like ass for this same Heat team and they pulled the trigger to make an improvement, so we’ll see what the FO does or if we’re going to keep rolling with “we like what we have”.

  15. Niceshotpiccolo

Bright side we have a somewhat easy schedule ahead of us just need to win these gimmes

  16. maursupial

we won’t get anything for Fultz or Gary in a trade, but WCJ will definitely get some assets back. We need a legit center and WCJ has legit value.

  17. MagicDruid

Loving some hysterical overreactions from this game. Easily Franz’s worst, he had butter fingers for 3 quarters and Miami had no weak spots as everyone played well for them today. Would have been nice to win this one but I can’t help but smirk about how many believe this has cemented us in the standings with so many games left.

  18. BigSteeze7

Fultz needs to go, he was a nice story when we were going for ping pong balls but this team has bigger goals and it’s malpractice to continue to start a PG around franz and paolo that is incapable of hitting wide open threes. I’m hoping a move is made but not expecting it since we have the only front office jn the league that doesn’t care about shooting

  19. gmbaker44

Not a big deal to lose when you are playing your 5th straight road game. The turnovers are incredibly frustrating bc they look so avoidable. After the turnovers came poor body language and bad effort.

  20. BigSteeze7

Having to go through 10 years of garbage just to watch this incompetent front office not make a single move at the deadline to address the obvious issues that this team has will be infuriating. But it will be more infuriating when they waste the upcoming draft pick on a guy who can’t shoot and will stay buried on the depth chart for his entire career in Orlando.
