Amen completely took over defensively and forced 3 back to back turnovers in crunch time. His defensive presence paired with Jalen’s scoring in that 4th qtr was a glimpse into our future. Amen had 3-4 offensive put backs late in the game to keep the offense going too. 7 OREB! Tough loss, but what Amen showed tonight was more than enough to make me super excited for the future.

He absolutely needs to learn how to shoot and polish up his driving game but what he’s already showed despite being a project player is insane
And for the people saying he’s Ben Simmons at best, Ben was an incredible player before the mental health and back issues and Amen already has 2 edges over Ben being his willingness to take jumpers and work on them
Patience has been very hard these last few games, but I know this team will make it worth it very soon 🚀
