Boys group chat so y’all boys just chill U they didn’t know what I was talking about but then they realized soon after um but those are probably the first people I so you know I let my I let it be a surprise to my mom um yeah what did

Shee she reached out to you what uh she sent me a a whole paragraph uh tears of joy things like that uh I got to call her later today it’s really nice mhm when we first talked back in Vegas in your rookie year I I the last thing you

Said is I I want to be an all-time great I want to dominate does this feel like a not that I mean you’ve done other things does this feel like a big Road M marker on that sort of Journey that you hope to make well I would say it’s baby

Steps it’s a you know it’s a part of the journey uh taking it step by step and you know everything is just going to pass its way out how do you how do you feel about your season so far I mean obviously it’s great to be rewarded like this are you

Meeting what you hoped for yourself are you you know do you how do you feel about it overall probably not what I expected so far uh nowhere near you know I just want to keep trying to win I feel like that’s my most important goal and what I expect

Out of myself being able to try to lead in any way possible leading and winning try to just that’s my main focus my main goal and we’re not winning right now so I don’t think I’m focusing on tonight’s game in particular what do you guys feel

Like you have to do to be successful in closing out this road trip um we got to go out here and compete play hard you know yes last game we then it was it was pretty bad uh so we just got to build off that not try to think about it too

Much but build off that feeling and try to go out here and win tonight um that’s our main focus going out here playing hard playing hard to win uh and doing what we we got to do to come out here with a win um you know your game is

Kind of designed for winning basketball right like it’s not about you piling up numbers it’s about making other guys better getting the ball on people’s hands kind of stuff so what’s it been like you on a personal level to be on a team that’s struggling

The way it has say that again what’s it been like for you on a personal level given you know what your game really stands for to be on a team that’s struggling and how you handle it kind of mentally or emotionally me I’m going to come in everyday positive um happy you

Know you got to enjoy it we’re blessed to be in this position that we’re in um play this is the best job of the world so you know happy every day I come in here try to work uh build around our teammates and just continue to grow as a

Team uh we every game we we really compete uh just got to go out there and just try to execute and work to together to try to win uh it’s fun through these going pains uh it’s never going to be easy uh winning in the NBA is hard so

You know us just competing and going together each and every single game that’s why we do it we want to compete we love it may you had to kind of to kind of maintain that attitud you kind of had to adjust your expectations and and and you have to talk to yourself a
