I honestly thought he was a waive candidate this year based on his poor rookie season as an older guy. Dude was everything but! I’m surprised Detroit were the buyers but let’s hope he’ll get the bag next summer.

My reaction was to let an audible “Awwww man” when I saw the news. Kind of surprised me because I wasn’t that high on him earlier this season, but he kind of filled the hole Niang left in my heart. Hope all the best for him.

I hate the trade deadline. Nothing can be as rough as Conley getting traded, but just the fact that this is making me sad has me worried about any pending JC news
