This really doesn’t fix any of the problems this team has (lack of true PG, poor center play behind Jo, bad guard defense), but it’s hard to complain when you get something for nothing.

I like it. Three point volume was desperately needed and we certainly got some. Now need another ball handler imo can’t let Maxey out there alone anymore.
I’ll kind of miss Morris, but Hield can actually be the 3rd leading scorer on this team behind Maxey and Harris. Great move.
This is what we’ve been waiting months for. Finally got a reliable three point shooter and are on our way to having a set rotation. Also note that Hield is also a free agent this summer. This team is obsessed with the idea of having a ton of salary space this summer.
