When are we putting this up?

AK is literally so unlikeable and gets even more unlikeable with every press conference

  2. It’s amazing that we fired GarPax and somehow got someone worse. There are no lows, there are no highs, there is only continuity.

  3. I’m not paying for another one. I’ll just stop watching or caring this time.

I’m seriously down to chip in. I care too much about this team to let them embarrass us this bad without doing the sane

They are a slight improvement over Garpax. They got us out of the lottery and into the play in. At that rate, the next guys we hire will get us the 6th seed.

It’s not AKME’s fault. Theo Epstein could be the GM. This is all Jerry’s bidding.

Can we include a shot at Jerry? “SELL THE TEAM JERRY!”

I will still say that AKME is better than GarPax because GarPax was so bad at so many aspects of a modern NBA team it’s astounding. AKME is terrible at getting value for assets and knowing when to let go, but beyond that they’re competent. They have the players buying into the system and have a coach who is at least an experienced coach with a clear, if uninspiring identity. They know that young players need time and actual development plans overseen by people whose sole job is that develop plan and getting the players to hit those targets.

GarPax did so much worse than stand pat at .500. They alienated players, coaches, FAs, and the media. They didn’t know how to develop talent (the guys they drafted from the rebuild only developed once they got the hell away from GarPax) and could not find a coach worth a shit that they wouldn’t run out of town.

AKME is bad and likely should get fired but they aren’t GarPax. GarPax would have low balled Zach and let him walk, pissed DeMar off so much he was demanding a trade, held Coby back by not getting a shooting coach, and fired Billy for some Big 10 Assistant Coach who would play yes-man for a few years.

I’m not sure I ever understood the exact delineation between Gar and Pax. If I remember correctly they didn’t have development staff or a shooting coach and that the number of scouts was lower for the org than almost everyone else. I’d blame ownership for this.

If Gar was mostly scout and draft I think he deserves better than the critiques he receives. You go through the drafts and of courses everyone missed Giannis, Jokic, and Draymond, but I’d describe it as solidly above average considering positioning.

For free agency who knows how involved ownership was in moves (wade, Parker), but it was a weak point for sure.

Butler trade was awful, it looked bad instantly but did not look outright awful when jimmy was disrupting Minnesota. It took heat culture to turn this trade to a
    Complete failure.

Finally, if the bulls had Memphis lottery luck and got JJJ and JA instead of carter and white this would be a way different team. (Morant, Lavine, Lauri, JJJ)
Doubt this will change until ownership does. Can’t someone by the 20-30% share that reinsdorf owns

You guys have fun debating AKME/ GARPAX while Mr. Reinsdorf counts his money

  11. procouchpotatohere

Very fucking soon I’d hope. These dudes are doing a speed run to surpass GarPax.

  12. Dont blame the front office blame the shit ownership that has to sign off on every move.

Who are they gonna hire if we get rid of AKME? More yes men. Problem is the Reinsdorfs

  13. People just need to stop buying tickets to watch this mediocre team. That’s the only way to see changes made

  14. elyjahedwards13

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA I FUCKING HATE THIS TEAM
