Ja definitely has more talent than Conley. Yall forget he’d been leading them to top seeds? Ja’s already 2x All Star and an All NBA. Grizzlies Conley had what 1 all defense selection (which was just a fucking team award at that point) and then a bunch of Sportsman ship awards. Conley averaged 21 ppg one season for his peak and Ja averages 22.5 for his career. Ja also has him beat on assists and rebounds. Ja turned the franchise right back around barely missing a step. Oldheads just clinging to nostalgia.
