Once Detroit made it clear that hey we’re ready to move on from bogdanovich Knicks were right there with several other teams and they got the deal done. All right, you led me to my next question because we’ve been discussing Alec Burks as a possibility.
For the next for a while, but how were they able to get bogdanovich on top of Burks? You know what Detroit kind of it was unclear if they were going to move on from him coming into this week. Some people with the Pistons wanted to keep him and to try to win
Some games others felt like hey, let’s let’s trade them. Let’s get some young Talent back and ultimately that side one out. But you know until the next new that another team’s new that I think they were kind of in the dark about whether they should go forward and be aggressive
But they once they figure that out Philly was right there and I think A Detroit at wanted to get Tobias Harris in the deal and I think that was one of the sticking points there, but for the Knicks, you know, they were able to use Quentin Grimes use Evan Fournier
Use some of their draft compensation the three things they had to use in a deal to be aggressive and to get the big danovich deal done some solid pickups by the Knicks buddy, and I’m just upset we won’t get to talk about Bruce Brown again here on Honda Sports

Poor bogdanovic.. he’s saying to himself, please get me tf outta here.. now he’s on a contender.. dude is a pros pro.. can drop 30 on your ass if you leave him open.. the Knicks are stacked with shooters now.. when fully healthy they can have Robinson, Brunson, Randle, annunoby, divincenzo.. McBride, hart, bogdanovic, burks, hartenstein in the second unit.. that is a team that can absolutely win a title.. not a homer, but when you have that stacked of a second unit, that differential versus other teams that are top heavy like the Celtics bucks nuggets.. could sway a long series.. butttr need to get healthy and keep their heads above water until that time.
Why wouldn’t it?
It was a no-brainer for Detroit to deal Bogdanovic who never played defense and is old. Detroit needs to go with youth to build around Cunningham, and they get Grimes and some picks.
For the Knicks I’m not a Bogdanović fan, but they needed warm bodies with most of the team down to try and stay afloat while they heal, to avoid the 4th seed running into Boston in the 2nd round, and Bogdanovic can at least play whereas Grimes is also hurt and Arcidiacono can’t play. Meanwhile Burks is a big guard who can actually contribute solid minutes and has played here before.
The Pistons just waved Danilo Gallinari. The Knicks should pick him up. He's a former knick favorite and a very good scorer. He will definitely help the Knicks whether starting or coming off the bench… Here's your chance to make the team better and run for the NBA championship. Go knicks! 👏🏀
All i have say is og having surgery. Rt. Great trade. Plz always hurt. Bad trade. Buruson miss iQ. Only 1 IQ. I do not think helps. I do not. See IQ staying w Tronto. His whole career. Miami would be cool. See him more
