Coach quite a offensive game not a ton of Defense tonight um was there some reason you point to something you can identify that CA your D not to play as it usually does yeah we we just didn’t have a physical defensive presence tonight and um you know I thought we
Started the game well but that second quarter it got away from us and 51 points that’s that’s a lot to overcome with the with a team that is is this good you know so I don’t think either team play great defense but they they made definitely some shots we helped
With that some uh with the lack of physicality on our end offensive showcase especially in the first half um Z came out on a tear scoring wise only five assists overall in the game was that my design to do something different than the Clippers or that point Zion
Effect with all those assists is that something that’s drawn up on purpose no it’s just reading the game he had moments where he could score he went and did it uh he had moments where he got off the the ball I mean we had 28 28 assists only 13 turnovers so that part

Some of the calls and we got to continue to go out and play I got frustrated too but just lack of defensive um physicality from our part how tough is it when it feels like you know it’s not really just adjustments you need to make or or switching up
Rotations just the the mindset just isn’t there what you take uh it’s tough but you know that happens through a throughout a long NBA season you know these guys are human they’re they’re going to have moments where you know it’s not all there and tonight was one

What is your coaching adjustment, the defense wasn't there. Play the rookie Willie. You're pissing off the entire fan base by holding Hawkins back. Trey get minutes and his defensive game is hot garbage. 6'10 soft and fluffy on defensive side of the game. Don't see you holding him back. Love trey, hate his defense. Play the rook man.

What happens to your coaching when you play the Lakers or you are on a national televised games. It like you forget rotations.. you should have overwhelmed the old legs .. why was Hawkins and Trey on the bench so much.. Bi wasn't playing you should have took him out.. JV was to slow for AD so Lance should have been there more.. Give them credit.. you let them win. I believe the league makes you play your big three for entertainment when you go to LA or Boston. It wasn't Trey night, what? No it wasn't your night.. Trey was hardly on the floor to say y'all were losing. You have one of the best pure 3 point shooters in Hawkins and you left him on the bench.. it's the league really. That man ask you bout Trey and you got the off the stage quick with that fake response. Next question would have been why not Hawkins.. We love Jose but this wasn't the game for him.. Him and Dyson was the only players coming off the he bench.. instead of defense against the old LeBron that played the night before, maybe you should haveboverwhelmed them with points.. but you played the prey role not the Lion.. You have to have the take no prisoners. Even with the Lakers, and Boston.. who cares if the league wants them to look better than they actually are. Destroy everything for entertainment purposes. You lack in the face of national televised games and the Lakers Boston and the suns.. our young talent should overwhelm them.. Our strength is the length of our bench.
