This seems to happen a lot. Idk why some players get upset about it sometimes. It reminds me of jersey grabbing in soccer, wide spread and illegal. Idk if the nba refs are calling this without some form of exaggerated ‘acting’ involved.
Edit: to add that locking the arm And holding it back like that is very dangerous and should be always called
