Jayson Tatum REACTS to Jaylen Brown – Duncan Robinson SCUFFLE | Postgame Interview

Jo said you guys can really benefit from being in a physical game like this kind of going through the you know physicality of this one how do you feel like you guys have learned to play in those games and when you feel like you

Got out of a game like this yeah uh I mean today was fun right we got a lot of history with this team um they’re very well coached they play hard they tough um you know last time we came here we smacked them so we knew it was going to

Be a closer game and uh you know they came to play so you enjoy you know being part of games like that uh you know everybody’s brings a competitive nature out of everybody you think I mean you know just two guys that really want to win they got little

Tangled Up um you know nothing nothing more than that but uh kind of got everybody in the crowd excited and you know the last8 minutes was uh you know fun to play D a dirty in the locker room you didn’t see it that way from your Ben uh

I mean you know I wasn’t out there you know I know JB well he ain’t trying to hurt nobody um but you know guys entitled to feel how they want to feel but um you know it was just a some competitive basketball being played out there you guys fired up as

Well yeah that was just fine fun to be out there Jason Jo say he like the FR and he said it’s come to a it’s come to a point where you guys teams are being physical maybe over the top you’ve got to just say I’m taking this some more

Kind of the mentality you have to take sometimes when teams are just trying to rough you up a little bit push and pull do those things yeah you got to match teams uh you know obviously we might be more skilled than a lot of teams so uh

You know try to be us try to be more physical and things like that but you know we got to be the team that punch first and uh you know match and exceed their physicality and things like that you don’t talk a lot on the floor but do

You is there times you say somebody okay that’s enough or someone hit you a little bit too hard or how do you kind of account defend yourself in sense I mean I I know how to defend myself um you know it’s all in the competition of the game right uh I

Just go out there and try play as hard as I can the right way uh you know I’ve been in a league long enough haven’t had any times where I feel like somebody took it too far right you know um so you know that did happen you know I stand up

For myself but you’re right I don’t say much I I only talk to guys that I know I say some to Bam um but yeah that’s about it what you like defensively uh during that last few minutes and what are you kind of taking on your shoulders in particular another situation yeah uh

We were connected right you know um K hero got loose a little bit and it’s the NBA guys are good they going to make shots we just have to make it tough on them uh I think we did a better job in that fourth quarter just limit their

Opportunities right you know give him one one shot uh you know just get the rebound you guys were really targeting M Robinson the end he was fighting like two through nail he’s making everything really difficult what kind of challenge is it when the guy that you’re targeting

On the on the defense is like able to disrupt what you guys are doing how you have to work through that yeah uh you know they’re a good team they they know what we trying to do they not going to make it easy they got guys that play

Hard and you know going to fight through it uh you know you got to make adjustments uh to that’s not it’s not supposed to be easy for you there a stretch of several games we’ve been flirting with a triple double how would you describe the way you’re playing

Right now uh you know just trying to make the right reads you know I know guys not going to let me play 101 um and you know at times if I need to you know attack matchups obviously knowing that they’re going to double um to make sure

We get good shots and you know get Guys open looks um I know in the end it’s going to open the game up for myself if you know my teammates I’m giving them the ball in the right spot to his shots um so it’s just all about making the

Right play and trying to do everything I can make sure we win thank you

  1. That Duncan dude whatever his name is had his hands all over Brown the whole game ,,, that dude fouled brown brown should have never got called for a foul you don't need to have your hands on someone's back while you're denying the pass

  2. Lmao Tatum gotta do better with defending his teams . Stand 10 toes down as the leader. Stop being so damn friendly. Kobe wasn’t friendly on the court man

  3. What did Duncan think was going to happen. Tying up with Brown either player can get injured. Brown knew it and reacted. The refs should've stopped it soon as they saw it start. Quit blaming players.
