    I watched this live. Honestly expected our streak to end. But when we have a clutch 4th quarter team, I don’t need to worry. The mavs a great with pj and gaff, I think we are now a REAL title contender. If we stay healthy that is.

    I can say this because we won, but thanks refs for making some awful calls tonight. It let us hear more of angry/petty Followill which is always a treat.

    Its amazing a private business thats not even remotelly national pays all those salaries for so many people. Most masonic leagues established in Schwitzerland like FIBA, FIFA and Olympic commite get most of their money from national taxes.

    It's clear what the team still needs. A consistent 6th man. No wonder they tried to get Spencer back. This is a solid team, PJ and Gafford are the icing on the cake. but a solid 6th man will be the cherry on top. THJ has been horrible recently.

    Look at the ball hog Luka man. Only taking 14 shots against OKC and 16 shots against Washington and still averaging a 30 point triple double over the 2 games. Funny how a proper team around a player can change everything.

    games like this are the reason why i lost the trust in jason kidd as a coach. The team is drowning in 2/4 he is not calling time out or doing anything to prevent that. In 4/4 he is keeping Maxi on court, when we were in desperate need of shot blocker, and good rebounder (gafford) especially in last few minutes of the game when we were forced to take some tough shots. You could say that we didn't win this game as much washington lost it.

    pretty amazing how these guys haven't even practiced together yet. just plug and play. I'm excited for them to really figure it out as a team.

    Good gutsy win, but not gonna lie I'm a little tiny bit disappointment in PJ. Technically he played the perfect game and probably the coach is pleased with him, but for me and I would dare to guess many fans would like to see PJ be more aggressive then just shoot open shots. He's too skilled to only be a spot up shooter.

    First game he put on the floor more and had like 5 good drives, with one literal walk over the other player, which resulted in a def foul [great job] and a few tear drops on drives he's very good at and another aggressive superb drive ala Gordon. Tonight only remember a single drive from him which resulted in a positive outcome – a dish to Gaff. Why 😔

    The team chemistry is still growing. Once everyone gels, we will start seeing the true game of the Mavericks

    Mavs having to come back and win down to the wire against a trash tanking team after steamrolling West #2 in the previous game was quite to be expected at this point.

    The silver lining is that they did it as a team in a game Luka sat out for 11 minutes — that's the almost unheard of part and the real great news that shows this roster actually has potential.
