Seed a lot a couple years ago in Utah what lessons from that experience can you maybe draw from this group that you got the one seed three years ago I would say don’t really the standings matter but you don’t want to be looking at the standings too much uh you want to focus

On the daily work uh focus on yeah on two days workout two days practice focus on your recovery and uh and then when it’s game time you know just uh focus on winning and and then when it’s all set and down you know hopefully we you want

Like oh oh we good we first and then you you lose that edge and you play a team that’s um not as good of a team and you you relax and then you you let a game slide so um I think that comes maturity you know and I’ve been I’ve been in

Those situations so um I try to keep telling the guys keep focusing on the work uh keep focusing on ourselves and at the end of the day we got our destiny um in our hands you know so it’s about us
