Weeks when you were not playing at least in the NBA G but how did you continue to stay ready for an opportunity like this when it came um just you know trusting God that the opportunity was going to come um whether that be in OKC or here so you

Know just trusting that it was going to come uh eventually and then always staying in the gym you know uh that’s something I believe in hard work so I stayed in the gym and then OKC does a good job with the guys who aren’t playing you know they keep us in the gym

Either Doing Hard individual workouts or we do high intensity workouts where we play three on three or four on four and stuff like that coach was Justin you’re crazy not only your scoring but also your rebounding and traffic and fin six assist tonight he also talked about how

You can impact the game and not just putting basket other ways as well yeah I feel like I’m that that’s what I can do um you know coming in the league I had the reputation of just scoring so uh in OKC that’s what it was but I always felt

Like I added more to a team I could bring more to a team and now I get that opportunity so I’m just trying to go out there and show that I can do more than just score so Tre Steve said how when you talk first you really kind of want to know

The third of the Playbook that they really do run here um so how much do you do you try and soak in the Playbook and try and get into the depths of that versus just trying to not take too much in and just kind of you know r on your

Instincts yeah um soon as we got on the plane from OKC to Charlotte I asked him I said can y’all send me the Playbook they sent it to me and it was like 12 pages long so you know that’s tough and I know in OKC we got a lot of plays

But it’s only a couple that we really go to a lot so I just asked coach Cliff after the first day he was trying to explain like multiple plays the first day and I was like yeah it’s going to be tough for remembering these so I just

Asked him like which ones do we run the most and then he he got me a paper and I studied them last night so uh you know he did that part and then you know just going out there trying to play off Instinct for the first couple of games

And now I’m starting to learn play so now I can play off both it’s obviously early small what kind ofense who this team is and what it could be the rest of the way guys just wanting to compete and win um we all I feel like we all got the

Same goal in mind not really caring about you know stats numbers nothing like that just wanting to go get a win and doing whatever it takes to go get one so that’s what I feel so far can you explain the uh I guess the energy guys

Are feel as a team right now just how kind of I guess going lock the entire roster the fans kind of you guys on way quarter it feels really good um especially knowing that you know they were struggling a little bit um not too long ago um it feels good you know guys
