You need a reference on a guy who has been well-known in the league for 40 years?
I’m probably in the minority but I’ll always have a soft spot for Doc watching him in the big 3 era. Obviously not a perfect coach by any means, but he connected with that group, brought us a championship.
Jokes aside, I don’t think Wyc was trying to pull a fast one. I think he does respect Doc for his time here, even if Doc isn’t a good coach anymore
