When Kobe Revealed Insane Training Schedule 😳 #shorts #nbahighlights
So if you get up at 10:00 in the morning train at 12:00 train for 2 hours 12:00 to 2 you have to let your body recover so you eat recover whatever you get back out start training again at 6:00 train from 6:00 to 8:00 and now you go home
You shower you eat dinner you go to bed you wake up you do it again right those are two sessions now imagine you wake up at 3:00 you train at 4:00 go 4:00 to 6:00 come home breakfast relax now you’re back at it again 9 to 11 relax
And now all of a sudden you’re back at it again two the four and now you’re back at it again you know 7 to n look how much more training I have done by simply starting at 4: now you do that and as the years go on the separation
That you have with your competitors and your peers just grows larger and larger and larger and larger and larger and by a year five or six doesn’t matter what kind of work they do in the summer they’re never going to catch up

The thing is, you’ll have no fun with friends doing this
Black mamba 🐍❤🌟😭the goat
I am inspired by him
Quickest way to increase a risk of an injury is overexerting your body without having the proper rest and recovery time.
Bro was training like a dragonball character. While all of that paid off for awhile his body completely fell apart.
The earliest tipoff from today through March 8th (where I just stopped because I felt like it) is 1pm where only 2 games in the next 3+ weeks take place. That's a horrible circadian rhythm to preach. I get fitting in more training time, but there's also stuff to do in other ways. Do film study with the ice bath and so on at the facility, on the cardio equipment. Do cardio MUCH more. People are gassed playing 30 minutes because they're not prepared to run for 2 hours. The biggest thing NBA players do is run up and down the court. They should absolutely condition more than shooting around. I'd say 4 hours a day on conditioning, 2 on recovery, 2 lifting, and 4 shoot around. That's 12 hour days and maybe a little over. You could do less but if I'm up for being paid tens of millions, I could committ to that.
This is exactly why Kobe was better than Shaq & the rest of the NBA is his prime. He simply outworked everybody else.
9 to 11 is crazy
So if you finish at 9pm after 4 two hour workouts a day, fall asleep at 10pm wake up at 3am and workout again at 4am that’s only 5 hours of sleep a day. If anything that’s increasing a risk of an injury if you don’t allow your body to rest properly. Probably what led to his Achilles injury.
You can. Do the same training no matter what time. We all have 24 hours. ,
Wake at 12p. Train 2p 6p 8p 12a sleep at 3a.
Also, kobe, don't tell you all that wear n tear catches up to you as well. Training that much. 💪🏿
Kobe #goat in my opinion
Wayne Gretzky put it best, he wasn't the most athletic or the hardest worker, he just loved hockey more than anyone else. That's the secret to success
U know what would be embarrassing
If jokic ends up higher all time then kobe while not giving a single care about basketball
I think there is such a thing as to much training it worked for him I guess but I loved playing ball but I would get bored if I trained that hard
Rest In Peace!!!!!!!!!🕊🥺👏🙏
RIP black mamba legend mamba for ever we miss you brother black mamba for ever Lakers legend 🐍💛💜
He went overboard. 2 training sessions more than enough.
Leave early to account for LA traffic and you’ll be just fine
Imagine stressing out about getting more practice sessions in, make all that money, win championships….only to want to fly around in a dangerous, shoddy helicopter. All that work and he doesnt even get to be there for his family. Because of a helicopter.
I'm going to start at midnight, so I'm 2 sessions ahead of his every day.
This why he my favorite..not the nost athletic..not the most talented..not the biggest…there was a bunch of players with his build..he not a lebron or mj..without this ethic..he would of been a jr smith..which is a good player ..but not a kobe
That's what we call going after it
R.I.P. 🐍🕊️
And not letting your body recover like 1st scenario.
We respect his killer mentality, but to be honest, this wasn’t the most intelligent way to train. He killed his own body
When did he go to sleep? Like on certain gamedays it just does not work.
GREATEST EVER!!
