pop just shed a tear, love you bb
4 point line is such a cancerous idea and I immediately judge anyone who presents that as a serious idea
Kawhi is my favorite superstar lol
remove defensive three seconds
Kawhi’s responses are always the same as mine and I love it. I wouldn’t know how to deal with media if I were famous lol.
Adopt the euro basket interference rules, IMO
> “Nah, I’m not saying that. Fundamentals are already outta the game.”
Preach Kawhi, preach
Kawhi: “No stupid questions from the media”
This is hilarious, Kawhi seems like such a cool guy, still waiting for him on PGs pod
i like kawhi so much lmao
Love kawhi
If the offensive player initiates the contact, it’s not a foul.
If a players intent in a play is to draw a foul, then by definition their intent was not to take a shot and it’s not a shooting foul.
he asks what people usually say for training data. Kawhi AI confirmed
Designated free throw shooter is an awful idea..
I just don’t understand why the NBA is infatuated with making scoring so easy we will eventually see a team score 200 points. Not only that but how fans play dumb saying it’s just skill level has gone way up and that’s the only reason. The game has turned into a ballet. Like they are trying to eliminate defense all together
Always love how Kawhi never gives anything to these reporters
He’s so real
I kinda wish he’d actually engaged with this question. Like, I’m curious what “fundamentals” he’s talking about. Maybe there’s a rule change that would help get those “fundamentals” back?
3 pt dunk line!!!! ✈️🚀💥
Yeah, but I want on the fly subs like hockey
The woman asking the question said her change would be to add a designated free throw shooter? That’s a fucking awful idea. Ya, lets make people who can’t shoot free throws not accountable…
No automatic free throws for a non-shooting foul. Instead the fouling player must stand on the sideline at half court until their team brings the ball across the line.
Make them play 5v4 and earn the points. Doesn’t slow the game down like FTs and makes penalties more entertaining and strategic. Imagine the hype if a team playing 4v5 stops a game-winner. Or if they go 5v4 and hit a 3 instead of two FTs.
Kawhi is a fun guy
>Nobody’s tryna sit back and uh, mimic the rulebook, uh…
Why is he acting like she asked him to do an impression? LOL
Bring back hand checking. It’d be the number one way to allow the defense some real control over the offensive tempo.
What one rule would you add, Kawhi?
“Just hoop. Any non hooping activities gotta go.”
change the points from 2/3 to 3/4. change free throws to one attempt for the set. solves so many issues.
I think the easiest non-game breaking answer is widen the court, but thats not necessarily a rule.
You see a lot of dudes step the back leg out of bounds on the sides when driving from the 3 point line.
Would just reduce a small small percentage of OOB calls.
Just call carries and travels correctly
Make the paint smaller
Kawhi is my favorite basketball player theres not an ounce of fake in his interviews
Allow refs to be criticised
I would widen the court so that the three point line can be the same distance on the corners.
It doesn’t change any rule, but you reduce the statistical advantage of shooting from the corners and make the court bigger to allow for the bigger faster players to make their moves while opening up midcourt opportunities.
Kawhi is that dude idgaf what anyone says
They should have refs in a booth watch every play closely and then tally up the ACTUAL fouls and then have teams shoot the cumulative free throws at the end of each quarter
yep. for all the constant saying that players are more skilled in todays game, it feels like its all just shooting.
Honestly taking away the 3PT line would be more interesting
