Great now he’s scared. Wemby better wear a cup when we play them.

His comment about Vic coming to him for dialogue is relieving. I was a lil concerned Wemby wasn’t asking enough questions from all these vets he’s exposed to.

J Crossover is basically turning into a mentor. Even before the rising star he was teaching him some moves. Most unexpected connection so far.

If there was an award for player whose basketball game I couldn’t stand but who i absolutely love as a person and personality. It would definitely go to Crawford.
Watching him chunk 25 Difficult contested step back 17 footers a game and accumulate a lot of empty stats was definitely not my cup of tea.
But man, he’s impossible to hate as a person. He seems to genuinely really care about the young players in the league and wanting them to succeed. I always loved hearing His stories about DJ and all the advice he would give him. Compared to a lot of the other players turned analysts His takes are usually pretty measured and reasonable too.

I’m starting to get the feeling that everyone that gets around Wemby sees his massive potential and wants to impart their knowledge on him. At some point, it’s probably already happened or maybe it will in the future, he’ll need to figure out who he needs to listen to and who he can ignore.

I came excited to watch a video about Wemby and now all I want to do is listen to Jamal talk about Wemby.
What a wonderful time to be a Spurs fan. You know that part at the end where they say he’d be the cornerstone of their franchise looking to contend in 5 -7 years? That’s us! Right now! Their thought experiment is our reality that we get to watch unfold in real time.
