Predict Bucks standing by the end of the season

If they win more than 20 post All-star break, I think Giannis can win his 3rd MVP, but he needs to score 40+ on national tv against Boston and the top teams in the west.

I’m willing to be delusional in my hopes:

2nd at best tbh.  I think we’re going to come out of the break looking good, but we still don’t have Khris and Boston is so far ahead of the pack

  2. 4th or 5th I think at best. New York is too close and have beefed up post trade deadline, Cavs are on a roll, Middleton is still out/ramping up/minutes restrictions who knows for how long, and everyone has an easier schedule. If Dame doesn’t start playing better and Giannis/Dame don’t figure some synergy between them, we might fall to 6th even tbh.

Yea our schedule the rest of the way is brutal. I think we go 13-13 down the stretch which leaves us at 48-34. Where that puts us in the standings is completely dependent on what everyone else does. We obviously aren’t gonna get the 1 seed. The 2 seed is highly unlikely. I’d say that record puts in the 4/5 spot.

I think we end up with 50-53 wins. Not sure where that puts us in the standings probably 3 or 4 seed. I am not too concerned about the record but if we gel by the end of the season, big big if, then we can hang with anyone star power wise. At this point all we can do is see where it all ends up at seasons end.

Regular season don’t matter for us anymore , it’s what we do in the post season

Seed 4 to 7 i think we will fall in between. I do think we get bounced in the first or second round. Lot of the other top teams in the east just look really good compared to us this season.

    Two courses from here:

    1. Bucks continue on current performance trend and end up 4th seed.

    2. Shaq’s words spark Dame and Giannis to go on an absolute tear, finishing 2nd seed.

No one’s catching Boston, we should care less about final seeding and more about Dame and Giannis firing in all cylinders by Round 1.

50-32, ending the season on a promising 6/7 game win streak.

14 of these games are road games and we’ve been hovering around a .500 record on the road so I expect to drop at least 7 of those.

There’s a 5 game homestand starting in April where we host the Grizzlies off a road game back-to-back, Raps, Knicks and then the Celtics-Magic on a back to back. That 5 game stretch could be key especially with teams like the Magic & Knicks working their way into the fold.

I would hope we take more than we lose but I’d be hard pressed to put an exact figure on it because this team feels really unpredictable on a night by night basis
