I dont much care about the 2024 draft, but the 2025 swap, 2026 unprotected 1st and 2027 swap are tough pills to swallow.
Marks swung for Harden and got a great player… until he quit on the Nets like he did in OKC, Houston, and Philly. I’ve been watching basketball for over 30 years, and James Harden is the biggest punk bitch quitter I’ve ever seen. No loyalty to the team who gave up everything to get him.
That said, I expect Marks to hire a developmental Head Coach who can grow with this team, and I expect Marks and the new HC to make moves at the draft to make this team better.
One caveat being that I would do Bridges to Houston for 2025, 2026 and 2027 back, with a young player. But, I know Marks won’t.
