First losses a hornet since you uh since you got here just uh what was going sort of like stagnant offensively you know what sort of happened there in the first half I mean they’re first of all they’re a good defensive team uh they load up the paint

They had a good game plan coming into the game and then I feel like we kind of we missed some shots early I think it Miss tough coming out of the break on a back to back honestly our energy was low um I think I mean it was the track the

Back to back legs a little tired you could tell and we’re a team we feel like we got to to be good offensively we got to play with Pace we got to play with energy like we have the first four games um and we just didn’t have that tonight

We weren’t really playing the same saying Brandon basketball and I mean it’s honestly not too shocking with with the way uh the schedule for sure so just knowing that uh you got to turn around here and go to Portland you know you’re you’re a veteran leader on this team

Even though you’re new to this team how do you make sure that not only you but the team’s ready to go for for this next one yeah we we got to regroup we got to regroup I think it’s a good lesson for us just as far as we got to keep playing

The way we played the first four games with that like I keep saying that same energy that same um Pace offensively I think our defense was still pretty good tonight um they had they miss some shots too they had the same issues as far as

Guys are a team that can’t afford to have a lot of turnovers where the war are team that have experience the cancer you agree with that assessment by they team that what they can play through their turnovers when they have a cre a lot where you guys don’t have that that

Turn the page only been here a short time but what are your kind of first impressions of Brandon and what it’s been like playing with him uh he’s talented man he’s good playing with a good energy um a good composure out there on the floor plays with a good

Pace got all the skills obviously at his side so um I think the sky is a limit for him as far as just getting a feel for for uh what he wants to do out there on the floor every night and the biggest thing he’s competitive he takes a challenge

And I think he got a lot of potential anything you can do as a veteran to kind of help him along oh I’m always talking to him trying to help him out on the floor um let them know what I see um and the more I get around them the more I

Get to know their personality the more I can um help him out and talk to him but um yeah like said these guys are always uh trying to learn and U very very um accepting for the for the knowledge of some of the older guys on the team so

More of these we going to have throughout our career so every time we lce them up it’s special it’s OB obviously a little weird playing against them cuz I mean throughout the year I’m always watching them and wanting them to when want him to play well individually and tonight we’re competing against each
