You say something that you want to focus on as you make a push um down the stretch um I mean we just got to focus on like the the details and the little things and uh closing games and just making sure that we we focus on every

Little thing um it’s not just one thing that we can focus on because there’s a lot of areas that we can be better at and um be really good at so we just got to focus on that and uh not take not look ahead and just focus on one game at

A time and and try to win as many as we can these last 27 everyone saw what you did this weekend but did you enjoy the weekend yeah I had a lot of fun it was fun I want to ask you about the uh LED Court uh what were what were your

Thoughts on that and what was it like playing on on that kind of uh definitely a different kind of thing than you used to yeah it was it was different uh we walked out there um it’s not like a a regular wood floor obviously so the the

Grip and your shoes are a little different and um as we were as I was practicing I didn’t want to go too fast and even when it started I I was trying not to fall or like do nothing crazy embarrassing like going around the little cones and stuff so um yeah it was

A different type of floor but you didn’t really notice it whenever you’re when I’m when I was shooting or when I was going or doing different things it was just more about the feel from the grip in your shoe but it wasn’t nobody was playing a lot game on it so how

Important is the break obviously your break was different than your teammates but just how important is it you get a little healthier kind of refresh reset physically mentally emotionally how important is that break for you guys uh I mean the break’s always important for

Me uh and I think our team it can always benefit us uh I mean we’ve been dealing with a lot of injuries so guys getting healthier and trying to use this time to to get back right and um find out what what’s wrong with their body so they can

Fix it I think that’s important for the break and then also just mentally just being able to step away be be with your families I mean during the season you’re so owed in and the best are just focused on the the season and focused on their

Team so you kind of lose the factor of being I mean a family person a dad or whatever it is so sometimes a break can can help you clear your mind and then come back fresh and be ready to go and and uh just take off from there so

That’s that’s how I use it and how I’ve always thought about I mean using the allstar break you mentioned that 27 games left everything trade deadlines passed Allstar breaks passed how do you do you feel just overall is it a positive outlook with what you have now

On this team approaching these last 27 games as you try to make that push yeah I mean I mean I’ve always just had a positive outlook ever since I was drafted here uh I thought we was going to the finals of my rookie year uh not

Knowing how the NBA would be um I mean I’ve always just confident staying positive I mean I got a we had 27 games with that this year uh unless we want to make some more noise in the playoffs uh so we just got to take it one game at a

Time and my my focus is just taking these 27 games one game at a time and not looking too far ahead at whatever so it’s got to keep keep it going is this team ready for that final push uh I mean what’s what’s the final push what you mean just like the last

Just the final 27 like at this last this big run I mean I mean you ain’t got no other choice but to be ready I mean there ain’t there ain’t nothing else to say about it I think uh obviously I mean your expectations of us will uh

Determine what you think about our team and the Outlook about it um I mean for me I obviously want to get in the playoffs and try to surprise people and all that um but who knows and we just got to continue to take one game out a

Time so I don’t even want to think about all that later on uh getting the playoffs and all that stuff I just want to continue to focus on one game at a time we got the Raptors tomorrow is there something that needs to be said or

Kind of do the guys know where we are I I mean everybody should know where we are I mean it’s it’s on it’s on NBA standings it’s on everywhere you you should be able to know where we at so uh it’s not a secret where we are uh we got

To uh make what we got of it and uh take care of business these last 27 so there’s another step you want me to take in this final 27 or just like you said just take it one game at a time and see where it plays one game at a time you

Guys have been competitive in a lot of your games you know you look at the the record it doesn’t necessarily tell the full story of how competitive you guys have then what do you think is the key for you guys to be able to kind of close

Out games a little bit better uh I mean it’s it’s a lot uh it’s a lot of things that that factor in you got to we got to get stops when we when we need them um obviously we score a lot so there’s going to be more possessions in the game

We may not be the number one defensive team but we we we shouldn’t be the 30th or at the very bottom like we we’ve been so uh we move that up a little bit it’ll be better for us and then obviously um finishing games and um um just taking

Care of the ball and making sure we get a good shot every possession is it’s going to help us win win a lot of these close games that we’ve been in Trey I wanted to ask you about that shot you took from the stands can you walk us

Through that did the fan say something to you that you couldn’t make it or yeah uh he uh yeah right when I walked out there he he was yelling from the jump and uh had his 100 up and was telling me to to come shoot by him and uh I told

Him I would after practice and so I ended up doing it he was still yelling the whole practice and I I walked over uh took the shot obviously made it took this 100 I walked on the court everybody was tripping I end up nobody knows I

Gave him his hund back uh so I gave him his hund back but yeah that was pretty cool you earned it though yeah why’ you give thanks
