Is that theory of "not having Smart will make JT and JB grow/step up as leaders" holding up?
I think they did take a step forward but not sure if they have become true leaders when things don't go well, might take a few years. It's still a lot of letting the talent speaks rather than being more vocal or turning up the intensity to grind things out.
