PJ Tucker being rewarded?

Honestly, I would not have hated to give PJ Tucker another shot on the team if he was putting the work in and doing his role and just being around the team. Even if it did not work out, I would not have minded it and just said we need to move on. However, he whined, he bitched, and he was very toxic. It is such a question mark to me why someone like that deserves minutes over some of the young guys like Moussa and Kobe is mind blowing. I am not saying either of those young guys are ready to hit the floor with a squad like this, but they are happy to be there and play their role. The biggest issue with Ty Lue is his belief in having experienced veterans with no mixture of young talent. A major key to success with winning a championship is having a highly motivated young player within the rotation. Examples like Jordan Poole with the Warriors, Christian Braun with the Nuggets, and even Kawhi Leonard with the Spurs. I know this has been talked about a lot, but I just had to give my opinion on the matter. Lastly good defense is not an excuse for 0 offense. However, last night I think Lue got the message and I am sure we will turn things around soon go Clips‼️‼️‼️

PJ not even scoring a single point in 9 games is absurd. I’m not saying Moose or Kobe would be game changers, but at the very least we wouldn’t be playing 4v5 on offense for 10 minutes of a game

Young guys absolutely should deserve the time. Come playoffs defenses won’t have keyed in plays for them. And they need to build their confidence.. bones , Coffey and Kobe need a chance

Here’s my random take. PJ gets his shots from a team that can move the ball and draw defenders away from him. Unfortunately, we don’t have enough of that for PJ to be effective offensively, unless he starts in Terance Mann’s spot. No, that’s not a suggestion.

Watching other teams play in comparison, we are really stagnant in our offense when facing adversity. When our supposed leaders should be directing teammates and calling plays, we are playing hero ball because it worked before the rest of the league got their shit together. We got 25 games to get our shit together for a ring run.

If PJ wants to be a part of that, he needs to show class and speak up as a mentor for our team defensively and not wine about time. He has the experience, he just can’t do it anymore physically. Time to use the brain.
