Whether the Warriors get away with some calls seems irrelevant to whether or not Steve is right about how games are officiated.

Easiest simple fix would be to crack down on the push offs and arm bars. Defensive players aren’t allowed to do it, so it’s dumb that offensive players (de facto) can.
Kerr knows the warriors get away with 13 moving screens a game, and he wants to keep it that way
