For the remainder of the game Russ plays thru injuries.

as much as i shit on russ, i definitely did not want this. we need him, just not at 30 minutes a game.

I’m just thankful it wasn’t one of our big three. We can hopefully deal with it until he’s back

Looked away for a second and damn, hope he’s able to recover

This is not good news however if there is an injury now is better time so we have him later. It depends on type of fracture etc

clippers are cursed. I said it. Been a fan since 92.. (sigh)

Didnt he fracture his hand in Okc about a decade ago and ended up missing like 10 games before coming back?

Fuck… Brodie has had it really rough with these hand injuries. Hope he has a speedy recovery.

  9. Well his ball control while in the air couldn’t get worse

This sucks, he has had a lot of hand problems, which I think contributes to his layup issues.

How long will he be out for? Is his season over?

So this is the time where every starts falling apart.

He should be back for the playoffs, might give us a chance to get the young guys some minutes

I said Clippers done in the first-second round even when Russ was healthy.

Now im putting money on it.

This is absolutely a blessing in disguise, Russ has been a huge part of our struggles the last month. His inability to make easy shots and constant turnovers has hamstrung our bench. Russ can be an effective player in bursts, but Ty was playing him almost 30 minutes a game.

Without Russ our offensive efficiency will increase way more than any possible defensive drop off.

Maybe with some rest Russ can get his legs back under him and return to being a positive contributor like he was in December, but I think the Clippers are about to seem a whole lot more offensively coheisve in this next stretch of games.

I know that Ty will play Bones; and Primo looms as the former lottery pick if he flounders. But anyone who has caught some Ontario Clippers minutes; I think they should give a look to Jordan Miller if Bones has a rough couple games. The kid can play

He’s an all time durable player but no one can outrun the clipper curse

  18. Watch the clips go on a 10 game winning streak lol

Props to Brodie for playing a few possessions after that

Won’t be surprised if we’re better off. Bones was very impressive early on, especially defensively, and if you leave him wide open enough he will make you pay. Also provides much needed spacing & pace, can’t double our stars if he’s hitting his 3 ball like they do with Russ, he’s just a waaaay better offensive player overall and fits better with Theis than he did Plumlee.

This is Bones time to shine. Make it or (pun intended) break it
