[Grange] The Raptors have been steadfast that they would push ahead this season with no regard for where they would finish regarding their draft pick, but the Barnes injury could change things.

I’m back on team tank, the only silver lining of this is, it’s alot more touches for Dick and Ochai to continue their development and to see what we have with Nwora.

One heck of a season for our all star Scottie Barnes, in m excited about the future if this team. Healthy as is roster next year I think is at least a .500 team and play in team.

Get a few draft picks this year, have some flexibility in the odd season with cap space, future is bright gentlemen.

There’s no point, our current squad can’t overtake the hawks 4 game lead with 20ish games to go and our tough schedule. Just focus on development and giving the bench guys minutes to see what we got in them

We weren’t going to catch the Hawks even with Scottie. The writing is on the wall. This team needs high end lotto talent and we have the opportunity this year to get it

Honestly at the end of the day, what’s it matter if the picks 7th or 15th. That doesn’t change anything for the raps. And if it moves up into the top 4 we get it anyways.

We are stuck where we are, the Grizz will be impossible to catch.

    I’m on board with this.

Don’t allow intentional losing to infiltrate the culture. Especially around a young core like this.

The moment multi-millionaire basketball players realize their job is to just play ball instead of winning is when things start looking like the Hornets.

hopefully gradey gets more than 20 mpg, you can see him boppin around out there he can handle a little more

It sounds like there is a decision to be made here about the direction of the rest of the season. Wonder if even Grange seriously thinks a tank could be on the horizon – I feel he’s been pro-tank for sometime.

  9. I’m sure Pop is smiling right now. Even if we tank there is still a very high probability of the worst case scenario , where we end up landing 7-8 and giving that pick to the Spurs.

    This headline is ironic.

This team is not good, and just lost its best player.

It doesn’t matter whether they try to tank or not, they are going to lose nearly every game

I want Gradey to play 30+min a night. Good or bad night, idc

Still cant believe we traded pascal for bruce brown and basically nothing… some draft picks. That was prolly our only lobsided trade… the haul we got for OG was much better.

The rest of the season is going to be brutal to watch

I still am indifferent towards whether we convey or keep the pick, but keeping it definitely seems like the more logical move right now.

I want Bruce Brown benched and I don’t care if we piss off his agent since we are going into full tank now. We still need to convey the pick because we cannot risk those horrible protections risking the next drafts
