Nurkic was always underrated IMO. He’s strong, big, not afraid to mix it up in the paint, and a willing passer.
He’s the non-all-star center you wish you had if you could have any center in the playoffs.

The Suns out rebounded the Thunder by 9. The Suns had 16 more turnovers than the Thunder.
KD, Beal, and Nurkic combined for 17 turnovers due to the Thunder defense – yes, Nurkic went crazy on the glass, but it didn’t amount to that much because of OKC’s defense outside of rebounding. I really think people hating on OKC’s rebounding are gonna be disappointed when it doesn’t matter as much as they think it should matter come playoff time.
