What’s the point of having flopping fines/techs if they’re not going to use them on stuff like this?

   All these rule changes and shit they added are just for show. They rarely enforce the rules and if they do its very inconsistent

   Just for show, remember years ago when they said they were going to crack down on it? They did it for about half a season and then just completely quit reviewing games.

   If they wanted to they could eliminate it from games but they obviously don’t want to.
