  1. I enjoy this podcast a lot but damn is it annoying to hear the gambling promotion in every single US-based podcast.

  2. Nuggets have the better coach and best player in the world.

Bostons only prayer in a finals matchup is to have home court, push it to a game 7 and pray Tatum goes nuclear

  3. This game clearly displayed which team's core players & coaching staff has been together the longest chemistry and knowing each other with a developed play book matters! Denver have this core since 2021 while Celtics displayed for all the changes they been through they have a ways to go still. I hope as well he just didn't want to show his hand too early in going to their curve balls. Jo Mazzulla best be finetuning his plays roster lineups and ensure his team learn from this game film and be super efficient! Tatum needs to learn to playoff KP & Derrick more he doesn't always have to be the controller of the game. Empower Derrick to be the Game Manager like Jamal is empowered. I want to see more Derrick & Kristaps with JT in that dunker spot, Jrue roaming better! JB clean up FT% with Jo being better at reading the other's team plan and throwing the opposing team off their plan!

  4. In a close game, fouling Brown is not a bad choice. Even at 80% , Brown will miss the crucial FTs that could win the game .

  5. this is the only thing i think Brad Stevens got wrong with building this team. bringing back Joe was a big mistake! he dont make adjustments, he has head scratching lineups at the most vital times, he doesnt set up players to get easy baskets, no plays he just lets them do their own thing because he dont know what to do himself. him not coaching isnt a fucking coaching style lmao. Brad as the coach set up players for easy baskets and made great adjustments, Ime had good schemes on offense n defense and was a great motivator wtf does Joe Mazzula do well?

  6. JT is too slow bringing up the ball, dribbling forever, then a terrible jumper that he misses. Tell the truth, he is a good player, not a great player. Stop the MVP conversation about JT

  7. The roster is FINE. It’s the Coach. There’s at least 12 coaches that can win the championship with this team and Joe Mazzu is not one of them.!!

  8. JB came to play. He knew it was a big game and he got a good night's sleep. You can count on him to bring the fire. On the broadcast the announcers were talking about the Celtics huddle late in the game and it they said it was JB telling the guys to not worry so much about offense and to get focused on defense and let the offense come to them. JB is my favorite player and I'm dying to see him command a team, just look at how good he and KP are, that's what happens when you get a star to compliment your star, and this is like the 5th star who has shown not a lot of chemistry with JT because you can't have chemistry with a guy who doesn't pass much. I like JT, but his demeanor screams to be second star and not the #1, that and his way of shooting well off the catch and getting drives off the catch, but sucking when he has to initiate the offfense. I really want the team to switch JT and JB's roles. Just let us for once see what Brown looks like with Tatum passing up shots and everybody looking for Brown first. We never get to see it. Every time we see Brown be the #1 it's when Tatum is out of the game, or game 7 where Tatum was a decoy with a foot injury and Brown gets blamed for trying to be the #1 while playing 4v5, and it's Brown with no 2nd start trying to lead the team and then people point to the team not being a good with Brown in the lead but fair to men from he's doing it without a 2nd start the way Tatum always has Brown to lean on. Who is the player that constantly has 15-20 point quarters in the first half just to keep the offense afloat and then gets like 3 shots the rest of the game? Please make Tatum stand in the corner and draw up plays for Brown more often. Pretty please. I just want to see it once after 7 years of favoring the other guy who is basically the same player but stronger while the other guy has completely improved every single aspect of his game (except those damn free throws). Pretty please!

  9. Everyone laughed at me when I said Denver was my biggest concern and that we don’t match up well with them. I was laughed at. Who’s laughing now?

  10. No panic at least not yet good test no excuses hope Mazzulla will learn how to expose mismatches in a more proactive way versus reactive in game

  11. There is nothing to much to say other than Jokic is head and shoulder above Tatum and Brown. Denver wins a playoff sériées against then easy

  12. I am a huge Celtics fan and I hate to have to admit this, but this team in no way has any chance of winning a championship this year. The toughness is not there physically and mentally they are just soft. They cave when the game is close. That is definitely not a sign of a championship team.

  13. Jokic is the best offensive player I've ever seen in my lifetime. Never felt more helpless against someone in all my years of watching. He's a 7 foot 280 pound cross blend of Magic Johnson and Larry Bird.

  14. i don’t get why tatum doesn’t have that dawg in him. he basically said in the post game interview that he doesn’t have to try and be that guy every night but bro you are the #1 option, you lead the team and when you’re half assing everything when you decide to some games you won’t win a championship. he has to man the fuck up, even JB is much tougher mentally but JT ain’t even remotely close to that. 15 points against denver and saying that post game? crazy..

  15. Two issues which are glaring, Tatum starting passively sucks, imagine having JB & JT starting out firing not this my turn your turn stuff.
Secondly, we have to just admit that our bench sucks. We really needed a wing who can create for themselves.

  16. Boston has been relying on overwhelming talent to win games. In the big games you need grit & toughness & that’s where they always come up short.

  17. Your team is only as good as your coach. When Joe’s plan doesn’t work, he doesn’t know what to do and becomes a deer in headlights. Such a mistake to keep this guy around. It’s gonna be Brad’s biggest mistake

  18. Tatum’s defensive effort is just so godawful; hands at his sides, always the last one up the court, zero effort to get an offensive rebound. Does the coaching staff not see this?

  19. I have been saying this to you guys for three years Jayson Tatum is a very competent scorer he has not learned the art of a win yet,, he still doesn't know how to win…

  20. The celtics have a problem with elite teams. I posted this before and the losers in the comments came at me. I hope this is enough proof.

  21. Denver is a tough match up on both ends of the court. I would start double big, specifically if Tatum will be a point forward. Bring Jrue and Tillman off the bench to solidify and sustain the defensive effort in which both have playoff experience. I would guard Jokic full court all game long with or without the ball in his hands just to disrupt their offensive flow schemes and wear him out. Joe needs to create other in game adjustment schemes beyond his playbook.
