Deal and we just kept fighting we kept chopping at it and chopping at it and we never gave up and that’s all I can ask I can’t ask for any more than that we come there and we compete we take advantage of as many opportunities as we could you

Little bit more aggressive in in our shot attempts if we would have got it up around a 100 we would have won that game that’s a fact you know what I mean we hit 16 threes impressive they also hit 16 threes the rebounding was similar you

Know what I mean the assists was similar the only thing that like the major like the major thing for me was we could have had more fast break points as well like we had 20 fast break points if we would have got out and RAM more because DeAndre Aon ain’t trying to

Run if we would have quickened the pace a little bit more I think we played more to their Pace last night they they had 11 fast break points they really were they were moving they were moving more so trying to slow the game down because they didn’t want it to be a running

Thing like it’s like i w I wish we would have you know I mean we only got 11 points off of the 26 turnovers they were trying to be you know within a certain space aggressive but not to the point where it became a situation where their their turnovers became a real Factor

Because we we committed 22 turnovers they they committed 26 turnovers and it was like still in close proximity but it’s one of those things where if we would have quickened the pace we would have forced them to play faster and they would have made more mistakes cuz they’re not without flaws

Just like we are you know what I mean I think the fact that we we didn’t push the the the agenda a little bit more so I think we should have got out and ran more you know I mean they they missed they missed what 52 shots you know what

I mean but they got 18 offensive rebounds that’s where the running could have came from we didn’t box out and you don’t have to be the biggest guy on the court to grab a a defensive rebound just box out get position you know what I

Mean and a lot of guys don’t box we still have a small problem with boxing out and making sure that we collect the rebound defensively we only got 38 defensive rebounds no 34 and they got the other 18 in offensive rebounds they missed 52 shots we could have that was

The difference somewhat of a difference right there but the performances we got from the players that we have and the production that we got from the players that we have was it’s all what could we ask for you know we couldn’t ask for any more than

That’s crazy I was like wow they got they got they got goggles coming off the bench okay they got the young man coming off the bench so I’m like okay I I’m thinking you know maybe he’ll start against us cuz Delo put in the work the night before n Delo started phenomenal

And that was like the the core of what they were trying to do but regardless of that we came to work that that’s all I care about like there’s not much we could really talk about outside of the fact guys came to do their job that first quarter like the first quarter our

Players have to understand that the first quarter is very important like especially with us having a young team and a new team the first quarter has to be the most important quarter for us because it sets the tone teams are trying to get control over the game in

The first quarter and then fight to remain in control the back three which is what they were hoping that they could do which is a old game plan teams been using against us for years but some teams just can’t really hold on like others the minute like I think we have

To put a more of an emphasis on either either matching the energy and the production of our opponent or coming out with a sense of UR urgency and taking the fight more so to them dictating the pace and and production ourselves because we fell behind 17 points and we

Regardless of the every quarter I think we there should be an emphasis on us starting this the quarter off strong cuz we can’t we can’t fall behind and production and energy and effort in in every quarter in the beginning of every quarter and then try to fight our way

Back in the back six I think there has to be an emphasis on us becoming more aggressive in the first six minutes of every quarter that should be the most the first 6 minutes cuz then that enables us to have a really solid 24-minute base to

Build from as opposed to fighting on the defensive we’re fighting on the offensive which is a little more accommodating especially with us having a young group of guys it’s just a a matter like just tweaking you know the mentality and understanding the what time the the time

Frame that you’re working in you know what I mean guys have to understand that time is a factor in this game you don’t have all day and you have to be you you’re going to be held accountable for what you do in the time that you get so

You have to put your the best foot forward and us as a team I think the first six minutes of every quarter has to be the most important minutes of the game for us because like I said it’ll enable us to have a solid 24 minute Foundation to build from and it’ll Force

Teams to either either you hold your own against us those first six minutes and then we’ll we’ll be able to carry the momentum into the back six or so or the back three and then we can fight our way the back three and you know run solid

Plays and but the momentum has to carry us from the first six into the next three to give us a better Fighting Chance regardless of the you know the roster that we’re going to have as the end product there has to be an emphasis on how much time we have and what we

Should be doing within that time frame you know what I mean so it’s just small things at this point you know once guys get back into the summer work on the individual skills come back next year then we’ll be able to implement a little more of the nuances of the game but this
