Lebron’s streak of scoring 10+ points in the regular season is officially longer than Shaq’s entire career (1992-2011)

With 10 points tonight, Lebrons legendary streak has reached [1208 games](https://twitter.com/georgemikan/status/1767022024583496093?t=uIhM4yEObYvG2zTSg-vuFg&s=19) making it longer than many all-time great careers at this point.

For reference, the last time LeBron scored less than 10 points in the regular season, (Jan 5, 2007) was before the iPhone was announced to the public (Jan 9, 2007).

One of the most remarkable records in sports history.

WILL NEVER BE BROKEN! Even more than all time points mark

  2. Looking forward to seeing what Barkley will have to say about it

Insane longevity. The Concorde was still flying when he made his debut and he’s still grinding

Look at today’s game, watch the 1st half, he was passing the ball and not looking for his shots. Fast forward to the end, he has 29points on an efficient 10-16 shooting 😂.

Yeah no one is touching this record.

Anyone know what the second longest streak is?

  7. Solomon Hill almost stopped the streak 3 years ago , but Lebron hit a crazy 3.

  8. Fucking insane. Dude is legitimately setting records that have absolutely zero chance of ever being broken.

  9. I mean he scored 8 points in 2011 finals and 7 points in 2014 ECF. Do we not count those?

People like to talk as if LeBron’s scoring record won’t be broken one day. The sport is young. It will be broken within 50 years, guaranteed. This record, on the other hand, is quite ridiculous.

  11. If he does 2 more seasons of this at like 65 games a season hes going to pass Kobes entire career with this streak. Absolutely insane.

  12. I thought he only scored 10 points based on the title and his supposedly bad ankle. Looked at the box score…29-9-8, incredible!

  13. Shaq didn’t take Performance Enhancing Drugs as far as I’m aware

Saw the first half of the title and had a panic attack about the thought that it was finally over

He’s on the juice so none of it matters. Get ready for the big asterisk espn

That Jan 5 game was his only game that season with fewer than 10 points.

The year before, he never had fewer than 10 points.

The year before, it only happened once, in a game where he left early after Dikembe Mutombo accidentally elbowed him in the face and LeBron ended up needing to [wear a mask](https://media.gettyimages.com/id/51911316/photo/cleveland-cavaliers-v-charlotte-bobcats.jpg?s=612×612&w=gi&k=20&c=Ce6pcflSYYRihuiU0w-QfR0XEVzLegVmf6v4uhcqjpQ=).

The year before that was his rookie year, and the last game before the All-Star break was the last time it happened that year.

Basically, since the All-Star break of his rookie year, he had a 57 game streak, then a 161 game streak, and now a 1208 game streak. 1426 10+ point games with only two random games in between.
