**Fitz:** You see these young guys like Trayce Jackson-Davis and you see Podz and Moody. I don’t want to say you’re another coach on the floor, but you’ve always been a leader on every team you’ve ever been on. How much is it showing guys because you play at a high level and how much is it telling guys because of all your experience?
**CP:** It’s hard cause I got a very strong personality, man. And I tell you, it is like a coach cause you should be worried if I ain’t saying nothing to you. Seriously, I’m just constantly trying to teach and play and compete at the same time. I say this all the time, that’s why me and Draymond get along so well. Because we listening to what each other’s saying and not how we’re saying it. And I just want them guys to know that we’ve got enough and we just got to play.

Man… I love this guy on our team. What we lost in Iggy we definitely gained back in CP3 (from a coach/player standpoint).
This guy is going to be a great HC in the future. Grateful to have him on our squad in the present.
