The Thunder improve to 46-20 on the season, while the Mavericks fall to 38-29.

Anyone else notice when the mavs play good teams luka just magically isnt playing? The mavs know what there doing as he chokes against top tier competition and that has been proven year after year!!! So now they just sit him out so there hope doesnt get exposed ๐๐๐

No Luka No Win
Mavs had a 10 win gap over losses prior to this game. They can afford to rest their main player. I think it is tactical because it would be hard for Mavs now to finish 11th like last year. Tactics are a lot in NBA and 80 games is not only stressful for the body but mind as well. I think Mavs had a lot of injuries this year (haven't seen other teams though, not a lot anyway, so it is hard to calculate), but if I was Jason I would bench Luka too. Nothing to do with being afraid though… that's a bit of a stupid sentence, don't you think?
1st placed Thunder barely beating Mavs without Luka (at home!) is ALARMING!
