My personal thoughts / takeaways from this:
\- iHart is really good and I hope we can find a way to keep him
\- McBride is a bit lower than I expected, but he’s just [\-20 in the last 15 games](https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask?q=miles+mcbride+plus%2Fminus+in+last+15+games) which is at least trending in the right direction
\- Burks was +123 when he played for the Knicks in 2021-22, if he could somehow get closer to his previous form it would be nice to say the least

mcbride gets a pass for his negative +/- since hes very young, lots of improvement is gonna happen for him
Duece is a bit skewed by a -26 vs Nola when they didn’t have Brunson, Randle, or iHart. So positive in the last 15 without that one.
What were RJ and quick? And Grimes?
Deuce being low kinda makes sense considering the games he’s (historically) had to play big minutes in, we’ve been severely undermanned and most likely lost.
All in all, every rotation guy being a plus minus PLUS is a great thing
Bench players are kinda expected to have negative +/-
I can’t believe Donte is +101, I feel like he brings so much to every game we play, if his shooting is off he is a pest on defense.
And people said we still needed a 1A….
There are no surprises on this list, other than Burks’ +/- being anything other than -6000. Brunson, OG & Hart are gamechangers. You love to see it.
Burks needs to learn to drive and kick. I liked him when he previously played for us but right now he’s a ball stopper in offense.
Needs to get that worked on especially if he is going to get any minutes in the playoffs
