  1. Let's not forget how powerful the Suns offense is. They played sloppy, often uninspired, and still scored 115 points. If they can do that, imagine what they can do when they are buttoned-up.

Suns had MANY unforced errors tonight; lazy passes, not securing the ball, silly fouls, etc. Philly was all about trying to get steals; with many top scorers out, they really couldn't match the Suns' firepower. That said, Suns were better on defense tonight. Good on-ball defense from Nurk, and KD, who had 3 blocks. Suns were better getting around screening players, and in denying entry passes. They also had a few steals of their own. Grayson Allen hit 9 threes. Bol Bol was helpful in the second period; he provided an important presence on both ends. Book scored a bunch of points playing with 4 fouls. Another good team rebounding night; keep it going!

Coach Vogel could have pulled the starters with 3 minutes to go in the third to avoid fouls; the team had a nice cushion. I also would have played the bench as much as possible in the fourth to see the game out; as I said, the starters were kindof sloppy tonight. (You could have put IT in at the beginning of the fourth for example.) Congrats to KD for passing Shaq in all-time scoring tonight.

  2. 76'ers scored 29 points off of 23 Phoenix turnovers (Philly had 9 turnovers), otherwise they lose by 30. Suns need to clean up their home court sloppiness.

  3. I've been noticing lately that the sun's rotate the same way as the team that they play against is moving. We need them to rotate against the teams flow. That is the way to stop blow buy's, also stopping the wide open three on the back side.

  4. Defense in todays game is so absent. People flat footed watching players with open wide looks to three's. I bet the Bucks are regretting trading Grayson cuz he choked in playoffs.

  5. Maxey had a bad game because he can’t get past his defenders unless he gets a running start. He has no handles to get a shot anytime he wants in a half court set. Run straight line drives is his thing no moves.
