2022 celtics had a DPOY in Marcus Smart, 2 all star level offensive talents in Tatum and Brown and a very cohesive unit. I might agree with Dray and Bron here that the team was probably more talented than the Dubs. However, there’s no substitute for experience, like Dray explains well here.

Another reason for me to go back and watch that game 4 masterpiece.
No offense but LeBron and Draymond are on crack.
Oh a DPOY on the Celtics?
I wonder if the dubs have one of those who’s actually going to be a HoFer?
Oh a couple of All Star talents in Tatum and Brown?
Steph-fucking-Curry bro, literally the ONLY other player more talented in the league is *maybe* LeBron?
And sure Klay’s returning from injury but yeah he’s another HoFer.
And Wiggins was an All-Star starter and the 2nd best player for that chip.
Like I get it, C’s were younger and hungry and they are incredibly talented but until they start winning some MVPs etc. I gotta disagree with the math.
Steph Curry G4 erasure. No amount of high IQ justified how bad Dray was in that game. Stfu Dray.
-2022 Warriors-
Stephen Curry
Klay Thompson
Andrew Wiggins
Jordan Poole
Draymond Green
Andre Iguodala
Kevin Looney
Gary Payton part 2
Draymond agrees with every dumb thing Lebron says.
Let’s not forget G6 Klay!! 👌
LMFAOO warriors fans aren’t used to LeMickey compliments. This is how he shows love, by shitting on role players. He’s big upping curry by saying JTA and GP2 and OPJ are all irrelevant, which gives you more legacy points. Telling someone their teammates suck is lebrons love language. He prolly tells Savannah her coworkers are all being carried by her
No. No they were not
We have Curry, they don’t.
Marcus smart won DPOY, ok… but DPOY Marcus smart didn’t show up to that series. We got Marcus 3.0 GPA smart at best
I don’t mind us hyping up the 2022 Celtics. It’ll only make our championship even more impressive looking back.
Brown wasn’t an all star in 2022.
So they don’t include coaching talent? We had Steve Kerr and Mike Brown together that year lol, it’s hard to beat that too.
Boston didn’t have one player with Final’s experience. The bright lights of the moment got to the Celtics
lol I’m sure all you 14 year old fans know more basketball than LeBron to call him wrong.
you guys don’t understand. most of our role players would not be anywhere near as effective on other teams. obviously they don’t suck, but the warriors offense(and curry) elevate our role players to levels they couldn’t reach on other teams. You replace Curry w/ Lillard and give them another teams offense, they become a second round exit.
“no substitute for experience”
I wish Dray had explained that to Lonnie Walker IV last postseason.
Didn’t Tatum have a bummed shoulder? But yes, experience was the deciding factor
Andrew Wiggins was cracked that playoff series. He was the real mvp
