@Brooklyn Nets

Joe Tsai views his ownership of the Nets as a generational thing. Where he may be looking to pass down the team to his kids in the future. (Per: @NYPost_Lewis via Bleav in Nets by @erikslater_ )

Are we screwed?

  1. I wish my parents would hand me an NBA franchise.

    They’ll probably end up being little twerps as well

    I love it. I want our owner to be invested and to care deeply. This gives me a lot of hope.

    I like this

    It means he has serious aspirations to make this a successful franchise

    I know people like to hate on Tsai but hopefully this is a positive sign that he really gives a shit about this org

    There’s pros and cons to it. Pro in that he seems to care a lot about the team and wants his family to have that same passion as well (even if he currently hasn’t gone the right way of running the team at the moment). Con in that he could just see the team as a comfortable business asset and his family will continue to see that as well
