DRTG is a lineup stat, the lineups they’re in are being played off the floor defensively. So while yes they could stand to be better defensively, so could the entire team.

Harden has been paired with almost all of the never before seen experimental PJ lineups. Mann is probably just a weird lineup anomaly. He isn’t that bad.

Mann is a ‘tweener. Not as fast for smaller guards, and too small for bigger forwards. He gives 100% effort, but bigger guys just back him down and shoot over him. Smaller guys just blow by him.

Mann unfortunately isn’t really good enough to be a starting 2 (or 3) in this league. He’s not really good enough at anything BUT could be a decent role player off the bench

Terrance needs to be more of a 3 point shooter. They would benefit more I think if he was helping space the floor more as opposed to this dribble, drive, and dish he seems to always do. He doesn’t need to be a facilitator when Harden is on the floor
