[Smith] I’m not sure Trent has to done that, actually. He’s had a very spotty season overall and it’s going to be a tough call for the front office. Do they pay him the $20 million (U.S.) a year he wants or do they hand that job off to Dick or are other options out there.

Will any team pay him $20m?
I’d like for us to retain GTJ, but $20M per may be a bit of a stretch at this point and where we’re at. I would love it if he took 15 and called it a day, signing on the dotted line, but I don’t think he does that even though I’m not sure how many offers he’ll have out there for more than that.
