But his next contract is a max 3 year contract of around $180 million. That’s $95 million after taxes…. tough to see him walking away when he can still make max dollars regardless of what he says.
More-so than anything, I think the only way he retires early is if there is a Las Vegas NBA team. Then he would have to retire to be an owner.
I’d go with 4 more years.

I think he plays 23 seasons atleast. If he still has the itch to play beyond that and is acclimated with being a 2nd/3rd option, I can see 25 seasons total from there.

I feel like it’s very soon, so many signs pointing to him just being tired. I think last year he came to terms that he may not win another ring and that hunger and drive has left him. Now he really has to find reasons to get up for a game. I think he’s waiting for the playoffs and depending how we go depends on his future. Man I’ll cry when bron retires
