  1. I miss the toxicity that Embiid can bring to this sub. I love chaos. Welcome back!

  2. *Reads it* Remembers it’s April fools day
    *Goes back to sleep*

So scared for his knees. Hope nothing bad happens. Healthy Joel is good for the league. Dude is a hell of a player

  4. grantforthree

Nice. The league is just better with more superstars around

  5. NoPin5154

Celtic shaving to play a healthy embiid in the first round is objectively fucking hilarious

Hmm this could get interesting hope he ain’t rushing himself tho

  8. ZealousidealPain7976

It’d be beautiful to see an upset in the East and for Joel to finally reach the finals

  9. DaBombDiggidy

For those not following as closely as us, this is not rushing him back. It’s on the tail end of the timeline for the injury + surgery.

And for my local “just sit him” people, he doesn’t get the surgery if he wanted to sit. That decision was made 8+ weeks ago.

I want you to put the word out there, that we back up.

  11. cristiano_goat

We really missing one of Embiid vs Luka scoring duel💔

  12. Ifinishfast42

This man is gonna average 40 points and 25 rebounds a game in a series against Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen.

  13. ImGonnaChubbBradley

I for one can’t wait to see Joel come back and lead Philly to a win.

  14. canyoudigholes

Great news. Beating the Sixers doesn’t feel the same when he’s not there

  15. roastedhambone

Ayo. Is this the year we see a healthy playoff embiid 👀

  16. StrategyTop7612

The 2 seed in the east gets either the Heat or the Sixers with Embiid.

  17. Aggravating-Lake-717

    Happy to see him back

Like him or not, he’s a fun player to watch when healthy

  18. moneyinthebank216

Please tell me he didn’t get his torn meniscus removed….

  19. Headlesshorsman02

Of course he is back for our game 😭😭

  20. BabaBrody

Praise be, for our ethical bucket-getter, our toxic avenger, our mid-range messiah, is risen.

  21. FueledByKoolaid

Missed him dearly. He’s literally Kobe in a 7 foot body and I hope we finally get to see him healthy in the playoffs.

  22. couchtomato62

Yay. I’m happy about this and will spice up the east

  23. Skywalkerkid9

In the midst of a dark “it’s so over” I found within me an indomitable “we’re so back”

  24. Embiid coming back and beating the Celtics in the first round. 👀

  25. spark2824

Would love for him to be as close to 100% as possible for the playoffs

  26. HearingGlobal6485

i hope for bro’s sake bionic knee replacements arent too far off in the future

  27. Come back and beat the Thunder tomorrow. Then will see how this plays out 🍿

  28. New_Essay_4869

Yes please. OKC needs more experience playing against dominant bigs

  29. ijustbrushalot

It’s wild, but acquiring Nurse and Lowry has apparently made me happy for good fortune for the 76ers. I sincerely hope they go far this year.

  30. JenovaJireh

Tickets for the OKC game were like ~$12 a few weeks ago, if he plays it would be such a steal!

  31. Embiid fully healthy and rested. Get his conditioning up the next few weeks and unleash him.

  32. ArjunBanerji27

Hell yeah. If Embiid can get back to even 85-90% of his level pre-injury, 76ers can mix it up in the playin and the 1st round. Hope he gets in against OKC and they win that game.

  33. CrimsonCutz

smh NBA discourse has moved on to citing SGA as the ultimate foul baiter, generating far more publicity (all publicity is good publicity!) for a young, rising star, and now Embiid is just going to come back and steal the spotlight? Unbelievable the lengths this controversy merchant will go to.

  34. ketoburn26

Lol I might find a way to be pro Sixers if they’ll be matching up with the Cs. Fuck them up in the 1st round lfg

  35. dragonwhale

Hopefully he stays healthy. One of the more enjoyable players to follow in the NBA. It’s so easy to root for passion and hard work.

  36. KaijuKyrie11

are you sure? might wanna just let it rest for another game?

  37. Good news for 76er fans. Hope they don’t rush it however.
