Led by Nikola Jokic’s 42 points, 16 rebounds and 6 assists, the Denver Nuggets defeated the San Antonio Spurs, 110-105. Aaron Gordon (23 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists) and Michael Porter Jr. (15 points, career-high 16 rebounds) added a combined 38 points for the Nuggets in the victory, while Victor Wembanyama tallied 23 points, 15 rebounds, 8 assists and 9 blocks for the Spurs in the losing effort. The Nuggets have won back-to-back games as they improve to 53-23 on the season, while the Spurs fall to 18-58.
Victor Wembanyama becomes the third player since blocks were recorded in 1973-74 with 23+ points, 15+ rebounds, 8+ assists and 9+ blocks, joining:
Chris Webber – 25 points, 15 rebounds, 8 assists, 9 blocks on 2/7/1999
Hakeem Olajuwon – 29 points, 18 rebounds, 9 assists, 11 blocks on 3/3/1990

Too many empty possessions to start the 4th quarter and then every time they got it tied up and had the ball they couldn’t score to take a lead. U can see progress from them as a team and Victor is getting better and better
