Moore die hard NBA draft Enthusiast and Rockets fan and Madison oh man am I sick and tired of the freaking Warriors this team has been ha haunting the rockets for the better part of the last decade and man it would have been sweet to get this win instead the Rockets walk away

Heads hung low after a 133 110 uh just butt whooping man this was a wire-to-wire win for the Warriors this was the most important game of the rocket season for them to try and keep their play and hopes alive and even though the Rockets are not officially eliminated from elimin eliminated wow I

Can’t talk eliminated from the playing tournament it’s basically all she wrote like it’s it’s game over at this point yeah uh very unfortunate and very disappointing performance by the Rockets um I know we’re going to get into a lot about you know how they performed and

What really going on tonight but I mean if you just look at the defensive rebounding or rebounding period you’ll see what happened to the Rockets tonight I think that tells the entire story yeah this was um you know from the jump they they didn’t look ready um and

Oka had a great quote about this post game uh when asked about the rough start from the rockets and I think oka’s quote was uh incredibly Illuminating it looked like the moment was too big for a lot of players out there saw it looked like during headlights a little bit uh

Either look soft or scared one or the other and that’s two poor two bad things for a lot of our guys to have and uh didn’t rise up to the moment like I thought we would the moment was too big you either looked soft or

Scared damn just damn I mean I felt that way the entire game they look scared out there um it didn’t help that we didn’t get a lot of help from our vets I feel like all around many you know not many players played well shot well from the

Field tonight except Jabari um but overall I think the things that you can help is the intensity you play with on defense the attention to detail coming out ready and coming out with some physicality and I think the Golden State Warriors were on fire all night tonight

But I think that started with the lack of detail lack of physicality early on the Golden State Warriors came out and said they were going to knock us out you know hit us hard and they did that not enough attention to detail on switches getting up under Shooters when we know

That’s what they want to do um I think that led to Clay getting hot and he he seems to turn into Prime clay whenever he plays the Rockets is so annoying certified Rockets killer man 21 first half points for Klay Thompson man he was on fire and and the how how the Rockets

Kept losing there there’s there’s two two guys that you just cannot lose track of and I credit to the Warriors you tip your cap they’ve been doing it for like 10 years now but those like split cut actions right where they get Draymond you know at the elbow and then they run

A little split action with Steph and clay and you don’t know who’s cutting where and then somehow one guy one of them is always open it sucks when you have two of the greatest Shooters of all time and you’re trying to D up on both of them but then there’s also just

Broken plays where you know Warriors would get offensive rebounds or second chance opportunities and and somehow you just lose track of your man it’s you know Holland was talking about it throughout the game and it’s it’s the fact of the matter you just you have to be like inside his jersey because the

Moment he gets hot it’s it’s curtains and that’s exactly what happened clay got hot and he I remember he had that one that pullup from like just inside the free throw line where a men was actually playing some decent defense on him had and and Klay had to like stop on

A dime to barely get like a mid-range shot off got like no elevation on it and it still went in and at that point I was like yeah this is over like like Klay Thompson is on fire he he did that from three2 like at the top of the key where

There was like absolutely no I I forget who was on him there was absolutely no room but it got to a point where you it it was like his elbows weren’t even moving it was just a flick of a risk you could tell how comfortable how comfortable he was uh playing against

The rockets and that is toughness that is attention to defa that that is a failure on defense that these players were so comfortable in your own Arena um I mean I took my hat to Golden State they still show they have a gear that they can get into not only did they beat

Us and you know kind of embarrass us tonight but they got a really strong win against the Dallas Mavericks who we know we just saw how good they are and and they’ve been taking care of business and as much as we wanted this dynasty to

Just kind of end this is still a very good team with a very high-end outcome it’s I’m just very disappointed in the lack of physicality I there was one play where uh where there we ran a great play it was a misdirection action that led to a Fred

Van v open three at the top of the key it also led to the paint being wide open and Jabari got a early seal on Draymond Green for the offensive rebound he had he had plenty of space he could have sealed him very early Draymond Green

Just put his hand in his back and drove him all the way under the rim no no no resistance no resistance at all right and F van unfortunately didn’t make that shot jermond gets the rebound and it and and at that moment I was just like that

Is soft as hell you know what I mean and and that’s what we saw we you know Jabari had a great shooting night but he had four rebounds tonight and that went with like four of the Rockets players almond Thompson teams have figured alond Thompson out he had four rebounds

Tonight this this guy is an incredible rebounder right guys know The Scouting Report they’re not catching anybody off guard and when you’re playing playoff level basketball when you when you know what’s at stake teams ratcheted up and the rockets did not meet that challenge yeah and eay was even asked about Jabari

Smith jun’s performance tonight yeah he had it going offensively yeah he hit some big shots he was the one guy that really felt like kind of showed up offensively for the rockets in this game but then he said uh he made some shots but he got bullied like a lot of guys

Did on the other end um so again EMA DOA frustrated with I think you know the the lack of fight the lack of physicality from his guys and those sometimes those sound like it sounds like coach speak it sounds like buzzwords right but it is a real thing you could tell that Golden

State they were the aggressors in this game right and the rockets they had the Rockets playing on their heels the whole time Steph got hot early Kay got hot early and the rockets they at one point they they pulled they they stayed within like Striking Distance for a lot of

Different stretches of this game right they cut it down you know cut the lead to you know six eight points points here there that kind of thing they had it down to six with a couple minutes left in the half and then Golden State went

On that 90 run to close things out and take a 15o lead into halftime and e may even talked about there were some execution issues at the end of of the half right not paying attention to the shot clock not understanding hey we can get the final shot of the half and

Failing to do that um the failed box outs multiple of them on Gary pton the second just going into the paint and you know not not closing out defensive possession strong there were a lot of missed opportunities for the rockets in this game it really felt like it felt

Like a lot of stuff had to go wrong but it felt like they they could have been in this game uh in in a ways with golden state with all the turnovers they had it felt like golden state was trying to let the Rockets be in this game and the

Rockets just couldn’t deliver um we want to talk more about this because we got a lot of thoughts on this game want to talk specifically about Jabari SM Jr’s game want to talk about uh Jaylen green his performance as well uh and honestly we’re going to end with a dose of some

Positivity though this loss isn’t the end of the world we’re not going to be completely Doom and Gloom this law stings and it stings a lot cuz it’s the Warriors but there is a light at the end of the tunnel there is some positivity to come so we’re going to get there in

LLC member sic is a registered broker dealer and continuing on here at locked on Rockets your daily podcast home for everything Houston Rockets basketball you know Madison in that first seg we were just kind of lamenting this loss a little bit and we still are like it’s a

Frustrating loss but you know some of this loss it felt frustrating for a variety of reasons and the biggest one for me is it really felt like at no point did the Rockets actually give themselves a chance to like play their best ball if that makes sense like like

This Rockets team I I don’t think like March wasn’t a fluke March wasn’t just oh they got lucky for a bunch of games in a row oh they had easy compet we saw the Rockets playing some good highlevel basketball they were one of the best

Teams in the entire NBA in the month of March the other teams that were better than them in net rating are all like legit Championship contenders they were fourth in net rating they were incredible in that month of March and it this team felt like night and day

Different from that team this team felt like almost like a Steven Silas team where where they expected to lose this game kind of coming in and it was that mentality from the jump where rather than kind of playing with a bit of the Swagger that we saw them playing with

During the win streak and that confidence and all that it just wasn’t there in this game and you know even though like I I’m not going to harp on him and say he had a bad game I just I expected a little more from Jaylen Green in this

One right like you know 13 points four of 12 shooting he hit some tough shots um he was definitely uh I I don’t to say taken a back by but the the Warriors defense right they they they mixed up his the the coverages on him right sometimes they would hedge sometimes they would

Trap they didn’t they didn’t stick to doing just one thing right whereas like the Mavericks right they trapped him every single time so it was just like Jay came to kind of expect the Trap whereas in this game The Warriors changed up how they were guarding him on

A possession byp possession basis and I think that kind of took it really took him out of his rhythm and and took him out of his comfort zone and even aside from that like I don’t know it’s just it really felt like he at no point felt

Comfortable you know in this offense and he had some very uncharacteristic turnovers as of late right some really bad passes ones that went like sailing Straight Out of Bounds things like that yeah I thought I thought he kind of got flumix early um a lot of trying to you know the

Warriors identifying his release valve they were trapping early they identified his release valve and Jer M was on it like you could tell he had the film on it he knew that pass was coming in the middle of the floor to the B and he was

On it I think he picked it or caused a turnover like early twice and it was a part of the first big run that kind of knocked the Rockets uh back on their heels now I do think Jaylen did do a good job facilitating and getting the

Offense good shots I do think he kind of settled down and actually you know when he got downhill he made some good passes got some threes got Jabari some good looks that got him going in the middle of the uh defense and out to three I

Thought there were a lot of open threes that Fred Van bleet missed that Dylan Brooks Miss I mean it was it was a bad shooting night across the board and that’s that’s what I’m saying I mean to to me I actually thought Jaylen did a good job of moving the ball and trying

To get others involved and guys just didn’t make shots like that that’s just ultimately but 12 shots in a game like this is unacceptable like jayen it’s unacceptable that’s that’s more where I was coming from just at one point at one point because I do agree it felt very

Similar to the Timberwolves game right where there was a point in that Timberwolves game where Jaylen was doing everything he could to manufacture create some offense making the right reads and guys just weren’t converting on their shots right and and at that point that’s not jaylen’s fault right if

He if he drives collapses the defense and makes the right read the right kickout pass the right you know hockey assist where the guy swings it to the next man and they get an open shot that’s good offense there were a lot of moments where the Rockets had good

Offense in this game couldn’t convert but the 12 shots I’m looking at that and I’m like like that’s where you know at some point when you start seeing that your teammates aren’t hitting shots that’s where you need that star player level mentality of like okay I’ve got to

Take over right like I’ve got to do something to manufacture us some points here whether that’s put my head down and get to the line whether that’s okay I’m going to clear everybody out and I’mma do my uh you know my Kobe move and just say all right everybody get out I’m you

Know we’re doing four out spread I’m going to ISO at the top of the key whatever it is you need to find a way to make things happen and and I just felt like I don’t want to say he was passive in this game because again he made good

Reads he he was doing his job but there’s a point where sometimes I think you just got to look around at your surroundings be like all right now I got to take over this thing yeah I mean I thought in like let’s say the OKC game

He did a good job of identifying when his team needed him and getting big buckets right and I feel like that is what where Jaylen lost tonight is identifying when it was time for him to score he was reading the defense I felt like but the biggest thing is he

Didn’t identify that the refs were actually calling fouls down low and he should have put a lot more pressure getting guys in foul trouble he should have put a lot more pressure on the rim the the uh the the Warriors don’t have a traditional rim protector yes they’re

Going to they’re going to double and triple down there and try and paint pack the paint but you’re way more athletic than them you you can get downhill and make play plays at the rim and I just I really felt like out of out of all these

Games that Jaylen has played I thought he didn’t really get downhill and score at the basket like I expected him to do even with with Rudy gobear like there there was some he that whole first half he got downhill and and scored at uh at the rim and that just wasn’t enough of

That tonight and not enough aggression to get to the line because the the whistle was I I felt like on both ways there was some knickknack calls at The Rim that guys were getting all night and I you know again talking about I mentioned this in segment one it kind of

Felt like there were various points where the warriors were trying to give this game away now credit to some of the Rockets defense right their active hands playing passing lanes that kind of thing but there were also some moments where the Warriors just had some really like ugly passes some sloppy turnovers that

Kind of thing Warriors had 21 turnovers in this game Rockets scored 2 seven points off of those 21 turnovers that’s not nearly enough like they did not convert on those points off turnovers the way that they needed to for reference here the Rockets only had 12 turnovers the Warriors had 22 points off

Of those 12 turnovers right the rocket should have been somewhere north of like 40 for how for how many turnovers the Warriors had for how sloppy and careless they were with the basketball for how active they were defensively and generating you know good stops over the

Course of this game and then again their offense just really letting them down like I If if there is is one thing that this rocket team either just needs to focus on internally or like something you need to get you know by by adding you know in free agency or whatever th

This Rockets team desperately needs consistent shooting man like this is It’s been the glaring hole for this team all season long there was a brief period of time there where like the Rockets like in March specifically you saw what could happen when this team actually shot like a decent percentage from three

And suddenly hey you know what a concept your offense actually looks good when you can hit threes but they just just need consistent Shooters because you even felt it like when Jabari went on his insane second quarter round which we e may had his quote about Jabari but

We’ll give him his flowers for the way that he played in that second quarter he put the Rockets offense on his back had a 14-point quarter in the second frame and kept them in this game kind of helped it helped them get back into it until that 90 run to close things out

And in a way like Jabari hit a couple big threes he hit a couple shots from the mid-range like he was he was really feeding it feeling it I should say and they were feeding him cons consistently but then it got to a point where I

Thought they went like too hard with it if it makes sense like they they started like giving Jabari the ball just like on a quick like catch and shoot on the perimeter and it’s like I like maybe like like get him the ball in his rhythm

Spots right let him you know don’t just give him a quick like catch and shoot like I with with a defender in his face too it wasn’t even like a wide open Catch and shoot opportunity it was just all Jabari catches it on the wing he

Looks up and he’s like all right I’m going to shoot it now those didn’t feel like great shots and then he went like it went from okay great this is the awesome Jabari experience to ah crap now we’ve got two three possessions in a row that couldn’t convert and now the

Warriors can’t miss on the other end and here goes the deficit again exactly and you know in the first quarter I thought that’s when the Warriors was really coughing it up and like you said we didn’t convert on that and a big part of that was cam I think cam had a really

Really rough three minutes at the end at the end of the first quarter where he just turned the ball over um uh you know after turnovers like had easy Advantage situations that turned into a score on other end it’s just it it’s it’s not being sharp it’s not it’s being a rookie

Is what it is being being a rookie that’s yeah it’s being a rookie because I don’t think I don’t think cam was scared but I don’t think he was ready for the moment either you know what I mean like it’s it’s those type of things and and when we talk about Jaylen being

Aggressive there there’s one play where jayen was one onone on the fast break with Draymond Green and he did not shoot that ball he he bring it back out to to reset the offense and that was one of the plays it’s like hey man

Or are you our star or not do you know you take that challenge you should you should like your odds and beating uh Draymond Green one onone on the fast break you know what I mean that is intimidation you you see what I’m saying like those type of things to me like

That’s that’s the word right there the Warriors intimidated the rockets in this game the The Warriors came in and the rockets like a crap it’s the Warriors right like and and they they were the Warriors tonight they were the Old School Warriors I mean they they were the prime Warriors tonight play playay

Showed us you know what I mean and the Warriors have always been turnover prone I feel like you know what I mean it’s just they when they get the clicking and and how hot their shooting could be uh can turn into it could just really get

Away from guys but like I like what you said about the at the end of the last segment about guys just guys understanding because to me this is a playoff game and the little things matter so much more every possession matters so much more in those type of games and the simple

There was what I I want to say 27 seconds left at the end of the first uh the second what was the first quarter first first half no first half it was the end of the half yeah yes yes yes okay so I’m sorry the end of the first

Half was 27 seconds left and and Jaylen takes his first shot with like you like 14 seconds on the clock get we get the rebound and cam it reverses out to cam and cam takes an immediate shot with leaving giving the Warriors six seconds on the clock then through then at the

Other end Curry takes a crazy deep jump shot and Jabari just looks at The Rim as Gary Pon just walks white right by him and tip him in but that is the those are the margins those are the things that now you go into the to halftime with

Your biggest lead 15-point lead and it’s just those are the type of things that young teams don’t understand and I think they have a very clear understanding now of what that looks like eay was so pissed when that happened he started walking down to the tunnel before like he was

Just like it was ridiculous um look and and experience is the best teacher right and this you know there’s all there’s that old adage right where you got to lo you got to learn to lose before you can learn to win or something like that and this is going to be an invaluable

Learning opportunity for this Rockets team to be able to come back and look at this game and see how they weren’t ready for this moment right not that they couldn’t have been ready not that they couldn’t have matched the Warriors not that they couldn’t have outplayed them

Again I think that you look at that nine turnover first quarter by The Warriors they didn’t come out ready to play right they they were sloppy as hell with the basketball and the rockets could have been right there with them in that first quarter had their offense been a little

Bit more productive in taking advantage of some of those turnovers right so this is going to be a great learning experience to go back look at this tape revisit and figure out what happened and and to come back and think about this game next season when we see what this

Rocket team is going to look like down the line it’s going to be uh really exciting to see how they grow and develop from this game and that’s we’re going to we’re going to end things on a bit more of a positive note here because we’ve been a little bit Doom and Gloom

About this game and uh deservedly so it was a bit of a disappointing performance but we’re going to get into why this season is still a a major success and we’re going to end on some positivity here in just one moment first today’s episode is brought

Now Madison look we got we got the stuff out of the way here we got a lot of the bad out of the way these first two segments but we’re not going to leave here without some silver lining some positivity because I think this team deserves that I think this team the way

That they’ve played throughout this season the fact that they far exceeded expectations for them this year like you know everybody had them pegged as uh you know Vegas odds had them at 31 and a half games coming into the season nobody thought that they would be in the mix

For the play in tournament this year right this was that you know eoka’s first year as a head coach still had rookies amen Thompson cam Whitmore still didn’t have an established star player coming into the season right and then and then Alper and shingun took the monster leap he did Jaylen green you

Know struggled mightily for two-thirds of the season and then became you know a star level player in his own right over this final little one-third stretch his incredible month of March um I think that there’s a lot of positives to look at from this season and even though

They’re not going to make the play in tournament again you know it’s never say never it’s not officially over yet but it’s basically officially over I think that there’s so much to be proud of when it comes to team and the growth that they’ve shown the success that they’ve

Had this year and it’s hard not to be incredibly excited about the future when you look at what this team has been able to do this season especially kind of post All-Star break the way that they started clicking the way that certain guys started to look like they were

Really finding themselves um the individual growth from guys like amen and cam who have been so incredibly productive as rookies like that’s these are not normal rookie minutes for these guys like that’s the crazy thing is normal rookies are bad like I’ve been told by front office Executives by by

Scouts of other teams like rookies normally suck when they’re when they’re first playing right like rookies are straight up bad you almost you know constantly you’re you’re a net negative in the minutes that rookies are on the floor like there’s a reason that young teams are often just really really bad

Because rookies are usually really bad that’s not the case with a minute cam they have been so productive in their minutes and then the growth from jayen and shingon like I could go on and on and on here but I just I feel like this team deserves a lot of praise for for

What they’ve done even though this game in it itself in a vacuum was disappointing I think the season is still a roaring success yeah of course this season has been a huge success I mean all of our young guys have flashed all of them clearly have All-Star potential it’s about putting those

Things together and let’s be honest this year was the first year that the Rockets young players got real developmental reps real developmental structure and and real Direction and how to get better and I think we watched all of our young guys every single one get better this

Year and that is a huge success for the for the rockets and it turned into you know what quite possibly might be a winning season and it is very rare it is very rare that teams have a winning season or not a eigh seed let

Alone 11c we could we look at uh OKC just last year was 40 and 42 40 and 42 it’s it’s a good chance that we win 42 games this year and not make the the the playoffs so I want to tip my hat to these guys they are a playoff level team

They are a playin team um just unfortunately there’s a lot of good Western teams right now and because of that you know it just we won’t get our chance but we did have our chances by playing meaningful basketball down the stretch and I think that is going to

Teach our young guys a whole lot and I’m really just excited about all these young guys in their development and I know they’ll meet the challenge I love that we get to call them soft because they’re going to see that they’re going to hear what M May said and they’re

Going to address those things they’re going to know where their real weaknesses is in order to be a winning team not just a productive player but a winning team that can play winning playoff basketball they’re going to identify those things and work on work on them uh this off season I expect

Jabari to come back you know swole muscle physical a physical specimen the one that we know he and even and continue to build on uh on his uh incredible shot making right I mean I expect all these guys to come back even better and I just think the

Future for these Rockets I I think are in line with how the young how OKC looks now I think that is in our future it may not be next year but when these guys start to click we have several Allstar level players on this team and I can’t

Wait to see them develop and get there absolutely you can see it by just in the way that the kind of National media narrative has started to shift when it comes to these Rockets right you start seeing other guys Dan Devine Uh Kevin Pelton different different Talking Heads

Different National media pundits for you know writing for different outl you know Outlets all sharing kind of a similar underlying belief KOC another one Kevin oconor with the ringer um all this sharing this kind of underlying belief in the rockets that that that what emo Oka is doing here in Houston is working

And that there is a clear identity and vision for the future and that was I think the hardest part probably of the two threeyear rebuild is just the vision was simply just we’re going to be really bad for a few years and we’re going to get a lot of top picks and that

It worked because now we’re we’re starting to see the fruits of that labor play out it just sucked while we were in it was the problem because you know and shout out to uh Frank over at Rockets Chop Shop who uses this expression all

The time and I love it you can walk and Sho gum at the same time the Rockets could have during those couple years to re then establishing an identity right found their you know found a top tier head coach like the Thunder did with Mark dagal and establish an identity and

A structure and and bring these rookies into a situation where they could grow and develop and harbor positive you know uh a positive atmosphere and and good learning habits and all that stuff it didn’t happen that way for the Rockets um unfortunately and and you know it is

What it is we can’t we’re not we don’t have to rehash you know that whole history but now that they’re actually heading in a positive direction now that you have this first season kind of under oka’s belt and he’s gotten a taste for you know what these young guys can do

He’s got a feel for what they’re all capable of we got to remember this was oka’s first year right this was him just dipping his toes in the pool and seeing you know checking checking the temperature of the water getting getting to know these guys figuring out their

Strengths their weaknesses who they are as as as not only as basketball players but as human beings establishing these bonds and that’s only going to come back and be even stronger next year when he gets a whole offseason with the entire Squad now he know knows what everybody’s

Capable of he knows their weaknesses he knows what areas of their game they need to improve on you think about the inseon developments that we’ve seen from some of these guys the leaps that some of these guys have made during the season think about an entire offseason now

Working with eeme working with this Rockets coaching staff and then coming back ready to roll at the start of next year I am over the moon excited about what this team’s going to be next October yeah man I just remember at the end of the last couple Seasons Steven

Silas and Rafel Stone prepared these package for these guys to work on their games and then we look at videos of Jaylen green shooting turnaround jumpers at the free throw line like bro you’re never gonna put anybody in the post like you know what I mean I I not the not the

Blueprints man oh the blueprints oh the blueprint I mean I thought it was I was so excited about the blueprints but you know it I I trust in mayoka in his development we got to we got to redo the uh remember the old you know in Mor We

Trust in eay We Trust there in E We Trust we for sure in ma we trust and I I trust his developmental plans I trust his developmental staff the the tweaks that guys are getting made on their jump shots they’re going to have a whole a

Whole off season to really work on these new forms to really perfect them um and and I just think these guys are going to come back stronger and better than ever but more importantly I look forward to them having increased confidence increased mentality a hunger to get back to this

To consistently win to be true professionals that show up day in and day out and make shots and uh make shots and come in with toughness right because I think the mental aspect is a thing that Ma has been working with these guys all season with uh season and I we all

Need to you know join hands and make a little prayer circle and hope that uh somebody doesn’t roll along and poach Ben Sullivan to be their next head coach because Ben Sullivan is a hell an assistant he’s a great you know he’s the lead assistant on eema staff and we’ve

Already got one team with the Charlotte Hornets uh moving on from uh uh oh my God Steve Clifford there we go and uh him you know quote unquote moving into a front office role which is the new like soft firing in the NBA where you just

You move a coach into the front office role and really he’s just sipping my Ties on a beach somewhere but um I look as long as Ben Sullivan doesn’t get poached to go to another coaching staff I I think the this Rockets team needs him for at least another summer another

Year you know having him on the staff alongside eay and all the other assistant coaches um but yeah man uh I think that’s going to do it for us so on that note you know the drill let everybody know to track you down at Madison yeah you can follow me on

Ime Udoka Calls Out Soft Play As Houston Rockets NBA Play-In Hopes Ended By Golden State Warriors

Host Jackson Gatlin (@JTGatlin) is joined by weekly cohost and NBA Draft enthusiast Madison Moore (@MadManLeaks) to discuss the Houston Rockets all but officially being eliminated from the NBA Play-in Tournament race after their 133-110 loss to Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors. Ime Udoka calling out the Rockets soft play saying “the moment was too big” for certain guys, Rockets not capitalizing on the Warriors sloppy first quarter play, Jabari Smith Jr. showing up offensively but struggling to match the Warriors physicality, Jalen Green playmaking at a high level but not “stepping up” as a star needs to, why this season is still a huge success and more.

  1. Jalen couldnt handle big teams/moments. Period.

You needed that "Weird overseas MVP guy from weird country". Experience difference between him and other youngsters are huge. Ime benched Jalen whole 4th quarter.

Im happy for Jabari tho, he tried.

  2. Love both jalen and sengun, love the rockets, this season is obviously a learning season for them as a true nba team, nothing learned during the silas years , all those terrorists pitting jalen and sengun against each other gtfo, your not rockets fans

  3. As I have always said, Jalen cannot handle big teams. He is so scared in those games and oftentimes, he behaves like a low IQ guy on the court not knowing what to do. With Alpi, the Rockets have won many games against big teams but with Jalen alone, they never looked like a contender at all right from the start. Jalen can only be successful against bottom 4-5 teams.

  4. Didn’t Jalen just lead the Rockets to wins vs OKC and the Cavs? So the dumb narrative of he can’t lead us to victories against good teams is dumb. It’s obvious teams are doubling and trapping him every time down now, and we just didn’t have another go-to scorer or enough shooting around him. Dillon, FVV, Cam, and Unc Jeff all had bad shooting games. We lost to a better team. It’s fine, we’ll be better next year when at full strength.

  5. Dreams are over, u know the biggest problem for Jalen is Jalen's Stans…it's weird isn't it because they are putting Jalen into position he doesn't even have that level. After all the easy games I saw some comments about him saying he is the young Jordan and one of them said that he is better than Kobe. That's why they kept saying that team is better without Alpi. Jalen needs to improve so many things in the off season and this team needs Alpi if they want a playoff and more, the only thing is they must put the right guys around him.

But there is reality too, the reality is the team financially cannot afford Jalen and Şengün that's why they have to choose a Direction between Jalen or Sengun and we will see some trades in the off-season and this choice will take this team to playoffs or not…

  6. Wake up call contender team vs so so Team…. Alpe just be smart dont forget how shi** talkin they made … Time to fly … u need a team that respect ur abilities….
