i hate how they also mention that klay got injured in the finals as well, which is true but he only missed 1.5 games. Raps beat that gsw team with klay pretty handily. Kd is different sotry tho, but I don’t think it’s as lopsided in gsw’s direction as people think it is.

We earned our spot just the same as every other champion, I’ll die on that hill.

JJ Redick’s really on a speedrun to contend for best NBA media personality…and might have the crown once Chuck retires

You can put an * on almost every champion

Like “2017 warriors win because of zaza injured kawhi”

that is sports… win is win… sadly

The Golden State Warriors team with KD was a once in a lifetime situation. An unprecedented cap increase that should have been smoothened. KD + GSW was an unbeatable team and even prime Bulls with MJ would have lost to KD Warriors.

My biggest gripe with people dismissing Raptor’s Chip is when they ***only*** mention the finals. Like we somehow just ended up in the finals straight from the beginning of the playoffs, and happened to win because of injuries.

The lou williams led clippers took a fully healthy gsw team to 6, same as the rockets. This notion that the raptors would get swept is not only lazy, its flat out disrespectful as well. That was a historically good defence we witnessed that year.
