he hasn’t mastered the dark arts like jimmy has.
joking aside – guys like butler and prime harden are/were better at extending their arms and flailing/flopping to draw contact to their limbs. where as brunson usually draws guys more into body contact. and since he’s a strong guy himself it’s not as obvious to the refs maybe? he still gets hit a lot on the arms/shoulders/head etc and should definitely get more calls – not arguing that point.
