Back in the day guys played 40 minutes or so. I love him playing. You can't always play scared. Anyone can get injured in any game whether it's game 1 or game 82.

I am pretty sure that play in next year is possible since the 18L streak was because of the open bar coaching strategy. If we deduct that + a smart trade (not trae young necessarely, even if I would like to see that happen) + a correct draft the objective is realistic.
I know most of you wants to keep the draft assets but 2024 could be the last year we have a chance to draft high…. This has to be consider.
This mentality is why Wemby will be great. But the Spurs should also take note of how Wemby takes commitments seriously, he will expect the same with the Spurs building a team.
